RetailSeattle private detective Truman North takes on a nameless, faceless sniper, formerly run by the CIA, who appears to have gone rogue and is systematically killing off the board of a British paper company, a series of events which improbably seems to be tied into with a new resort development in northeastern Washington state.As North looks into a Native American voting scandal for a Spokane attorney, he finds a shocking link between the mayhem in Europe and a resort developer from Maryland. His search for the truth brings him into conflict with the developers, local thugs, and eventually a Euro-terrorist and the CIA.
