Seduced by the Congressman

When Phoebe ducks into a hotel room to escape yet another of her father's boring political fundraisers, she runs smack-dab into the party's poster boy, Jack Richmond. There's just something about the clean-cut conservative politician that intrigues Phoebe. She can't quite put her finger on it but suspects he's a bad, bad boy behind closed doors.
