The Fall of America: Fatal Encounters (Book 2)
by W. R. Benton
After their partisan leader, Colonel Parker, is killed in a prisoner exchange, John and his group return to the base camp, thinking his wife and best friend have been killed. Shortly after the return, both are brought in with minor injuries, and a staff meeting is held by Willy Williams, the ranking officer. Willy breaks the organization into hundreds of small cells, consisting of 6 to 10 people, with one goal—killing and harassing Russians. The Russians threaten to kill 10 American's for each Russian killed and they are true to their word. Mass executions become the norm and prison camps soon spring up in remote small towns.
