The Fourth Trumpet

A girl alone, in a remote house, in sudden, unexplainable round the clock darkness. Where is everyone and what's outside, waiting, watching?Andrea Gardner wakes up one morning in her rural Missouri farmhouse and senses something wrong. The house is cold, silent...and empty. Her family has disappeared. And so have their nearest neighbors. In the east, where a sun should be rising amid hues of rose and gold, an oily darkness stains the horizon. Fearing an imminent storm, Andrea frantically searches for someone—anyone—to help, but she is alone. When night swallows the day and fearsome sounds are heard in the darkness, Andrea realizes her plight is dire.
