The Long Dream

Helen's life is turned upside down when her husband, Paul, disappears. She has two young sons and is left to bring them up alone. The acute anxiety and loneliness she suffers is enough to defeat most women, but she manages to soldier on and make a good job of it. She finds a little happiness eventually with a new man, but it's not all plain sailing. She even has some fun with her new friend. The drama builds as she travels along the twists and turns of her life and reaches her final destination.
