Lake Dreams
by Lee Ann Sontheimer Murphy
Cole Celinksi left St. Louis against his will, on a leave of absence after the death of his children and estranged wife. He heads for the one place where he once knew happiness, a resort deep in the Ozark Mountains. At Lake Dreams, he finds his childhood friend, Maggie, runs the place and their old friendship remains intact. As he struggles to reconnect and reinvent his life, their mutual attraction kindles into something more. Cole spends time seeking the rest and relaxation he needs. His relationship with Maggie grows but spending time with her children makes it hard to reconcile his loss. If he has a future, however, with Maggie, he must find a way to make his dreams come true. A near tragedy threatens everything and Cole must survive to see if there’s any chance at a happy ending.
