An American executive is silent in his
own defense, even though he was found in a Tokyo love hotel with the body of a
young model. Mick Sanchez is left to find out why he refuses to speak and to
discover the real killer. The investigation leads to corruption in the highest
levels of bureaucracy and in the Tokyo police department. His own life and that
of a woman he has come to love are imperiled as the investigation descends into
