When Tasha Johnson’s friend convinces her to go to the gym with her, the 30 year old Nubian goddess decides she needs to get a few sessions under her belt first. She takes a trip to Fit-ness Gym to get a head start on her friend and meets Justin, a hunky, white morsel of man who just happens to be her complimentary personal trainer. Will lust and love win out over muscle and brawn, or do they all just kind of go hand-in-hand?
