It's Serendipity and Sebastian's 21st Birthdays and they are given special powers. Everytime they go to sleep from this night forward they become Legendary Manipulars which means they can go to whomever and wherever they want and manipulate people into doing their bidding. The only thing they have to remember is to once a month perform a sexual act to keep their life energy or become fully human.
