“Why Cara? How could you do that to me?”
“You’re not woman enough for him.”
“Why do you want him so bad?”
“He needs me and we both know it.” She shook her head and let the tears fall.
“You can’t be that delusional.”
“You have no idea, bitch.” I punched her in the face and she stumbled against the wall and fell.
“Oh my God, Cara.” Bobbi yelled out. She was about to help her up but I snatched her away.
“OH NO!” Rakia yelled and I heard how scared she was.
“My water broke. Please get someone in here to help me.” I smirked because it was too early for her to deliver.
“I think the bastard baby, needs to die. What you think Bobbi?”
“Cara, this isn’t right. We need to get her help.”
“If you even think about running your mouth, once we step out this bathroom. Its gonna be a problem.” Yea, she was scared to death of me.
“But.-”
“But nothing.”
“Cara, please. I’m bleeding and its hurting.” She was hysterical crying. I snatched Bobbi’s hand and walked out the door. I wish the fuck, I would help her.
“You were in there five minutes too long. Did you tell her?” My mom asked.
“Yup, and she’s upset.” Is all I said and made my way through the crowd of people.
I made sure not to look at Marco but it was impossible, when I wanted to see my future man. The way I see it, is after my cousin bleeds to death, he’ll mourn and I’ll be right there to help him through it. Unfortunately, once our eyes met, I knew it would be a problem. He stood up and glanced around the hall. I’m assuming he was looking for Rakia. Tech, must’ve noticed something too because he was right behind him. Outta nowhere, Rahmel, Ang and my grandfather stood up and their eyes landed on me.
I shrugged my shoulders and went to give my great aunt a hug. Not too long after, I felt an excruciating pain in my arm. I turned around and Marco was coming towards me full speed, with his gun pointed at me. People were screaming and running but he was focused, solely on me. Why didn’t I just leave?
