Wild and Blue

Bella’s hands are on the sides of my head, pulling me deeper. She moans with sounds that are sweeter than I could ever have imagined coming from her. I inhale her smell, my tongue gliding up and down her folds.

I linger on her clit, sucking her flesh while I fuck her with my finger. She writhes against my face, and I can feel her body tense. I circle my tongue once again, driving her to orgasm.

Tasting her sweet juice, I know she's ready for me. I move up over her body and part her legs, taking care not to hurt her. I enter slowly, holding her hips as I move deeper. She's so tight I can barely get all the way inside. The need to thrust is intense, but I take my time. I want her to get past the brief discomfort and enjoy this. I can see her pain as she closes her eyes for a moment, so I stop.

"No. Don't stop. I want this. I want you inside me, Jason. Please."

"It will only hurt for a little, I promise."

Smiling, I'm surprised when Bella reaches for my cock, stroking it while helping me enter her. Her touch ignites the animal in me.

  My wild girl.

I slide in and out of her wetness, the speed increasing with every thrust. She arches her back, her legs wrapped around me, her body meeting mine, creating a rhythm all our own. My thumb plays with the sensitive, swollen nub of her clit, making her call my name as we come together.

I fall to Bella's side and pull her close to me, kissing her forehead. I pull a blanket over us as we stay in each other's arms listening to the crackling of the fire, and we both know that nothing will ever be the same. We belong to each other, and I know wherever he is, Cole is at peace, and so am I.

  Eight Months Later

The motorcycle winds down the country back roads of Maine.

I yell over the sound of the motor. "Where are you taking me?"

"I told you, it's a surprise. You'll see when we get there and not a moment before."

I've come to love riding on the back of Jason's bike. I was nervous about it at first. I hated the bumps in the road, always calling out to him to watch for potholes and gravel. He's never complained and does his best to avoid them.

Eventually, I've learned to lean into the curves and relax. I love how fellow bikers do this low wave as they pass each other on the road. It's like I'm part of an international club, even though I've never met any of the people on the other bikes. I think my favorite part of riding, however, is wrapping my arms around my man. The love of my life.

Jason slows the bike down as we come to a quaint fishing village.

  "Why are we stopping here?"

"Steamers and lobster, or as they say up here, lobstah."

We park the bike and get in line to order our lunch. It's a beautiful day, and the view of the ocean from up here is the best backdrop to eat seafood and have a beer.

"So is this our final destination, or do you have other plans, Officer Cooper?"

"Nope. This is just a quick stop to have lunch before we go on down the road."

"On down the road? Is that biker talk or country-boy talk?"

"A little of both, I think."

"Jason, thank you for bringing me up here. It feels good to get away from school and work. I'm glad we came. I think we both needed a break."

"I know I needed one. It's frustrating when you arrest a guy in the morning, and the judge lets him out in the afternoon. I know why people feel they can't beat the system."

"That's what's driven me to go to law school. It's one of the reasons I've decided to become a prosecutor."

"Oh wow, babe. That's awesome. We need people like you working hard to keep the bad guys off the streets. No one is tougher than you. They don't know what they're in for with you going after them."

The waitress brings the steamers to our table. Jason scoops a few out of the large bowl and places them on my dish. I open the first one, dip it in the melted butter, and pop it into my mouth.

"Oh, my God. These are so delicious. I haven't had steamers in years."

I notice the second one doesn't have a clam sticking out of the shell. As I pry it open, a diamond ring sits squarely in the middle of the clamshell. I look up at Jason, who has a huge smile on his face.

Jason gets up from the bench and gets down on one knee. The people around us turn to watch.

"My beautiful Bella. I don't know what life is like without you. You've been with me since we were children. I don't want a future without you by my side. You're the reason I'm the man I am. You're my best friend. Will you grow old with me? Will you let me love you for the rest of our lives? Will you marry me?"

My hands cover my mouth in shock, and tears blur my vision. I know there are many people around us, but all I can see is Jason. All I want is Jason.

  "Yes. Absolutely, yes."

I hear clapping as I run into Jason's arms, kissing him and knocking him to the ground. My body on top of his, I pin his arms over his head.

Laughing, I ask, "Cops and robbers?"

"Put me away for life, babe. Forever."
