  Lemon Biscuits

  1 lemon

  Directions:

  Cut lemon and add citrus with eggs to the mix.

  Form biscuits of dough.

  Cook biscuits in the Air Fryer for 5 minutes.

  Serve biscuits with powdered sugar.

  5.3oz butter

  7.1oz sugar

  ½ lemon

  2 eggs

  1 teaspoon cherries

  3.5oz flour

  ½ teaspoon vanilla essence

  Directions:

  Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 350oF.

  Mix 3.5oz butter with 3.5oz sugar to get a cream.

  Add eggs with vanilla essence to the cream.

  Mix cream with flour.

  Fill baking forms with dough and cook in the Air Fryer for 10 minutes.

  Cut lemon and mix with reminded sugar with butter.

  Cut off tops of the buns and make butterfly shapes. Cover butterflies with the cream and put cherries on top.

  1.06oz almonds

  2 lemons

  3.4fl oz lemon juice

  2 eggs

  3 egg yolks

  Directions:

  Make a mix of butter with sugar and almonds. Halve vanilla pod and clean of the seeds.

  Mix vanilla pod with egg, salt, flour and sugar.

  Roll dough and place in the fridge to rest.

  Melt butter and add lemon juice. Mix powdered sugar with egg whites and yolks. Warm up lemon mix.

  Mix egg whites with sugar in the bowl and add few drops of vinegar.

  Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 320oF.

  Bake dough in the Air Fryer for 10 minutes.

  Fill the dough with the lemon mix and cook for 10 more minutes.

  Add coloring to the white mix and cover dough with it. Bake for 20 more minutes.

  10. Cover pie with powdered sugar, gooseberry, lemon and serve!
