“I can’t tell you just yet. He’s my little secret.”

“Oh hell no, I know yo ass ain’t trying to keep secrets now bitch.”

After a long pause Jade just blurted it out. “It’s J-Roc! There are you happy now?”

“You a dirty ho Jade. Lexi goin kick your ass if she finds out,” Quita said picking.

Quita was cool with both of them, but she was not opening her mouth about shit. She was not getting in the middle of their bullshit.

“You know what? Fuck Lexi! Lexi ain’t doing shit to me, and besides they not married with kids and shit. He even told me they do their own thing,” Jade said pissed off at Quita.

“Jade chill the fuck out. I’m just saying, we all cool with each other and y’all in each others’ face practically every day. I mean it would be different if you were getting something besides a nut out the deal. Then maybe it would be somewhat worth it, but friends are forever and dick comes a dime a dozen,” Quita preached.

“Man, Quita shut the hell up! I’m not trying to hear that shit this early in the fuckin’morning. Oh yeah! She almost caught my ass this morning too,” Jade said.

“What, oh shit how she almost catch ya ass?” Quita inquired.

“Girl she was blowing up his phone all morning, while we were fucking. She even called his sisters phone trying to talk to him. I bounced after that, but when I was at the red light up the block from his crib and I saw her in the back of a taxi. I’m sure she was headed to his crib,” Jade said laughing.

“See, I told you. You better watch that shit girl, you playing with fire.”

Quita was dying laughing on the other end of the phone at the thought of the two of them brawling. Lexi had some hands, but wouldn’t bust a grape in a fruit fight. The only time she’d seen Lexi get down was when she first got back to West Virginia and some out of town bitches tried to jump them. Lexi handled two of them by herself.

Jade on the other hand fought like she was swatting flies or some shit. Quita knew it would be some funny shit to watch and smoke a blunt to.

“Fuck you Quita! You know damn well Lexi’s scary as hell and ain’t fighting anybody unless she has to,” Jade told her heated.

“Yeah I know she’s scary, but she got some hands on her. She might flip out over J-Roc’s nasty ass.”

“Anyway are you coming out with us tonight or what?” Quita asked her.

“You already know it I’m not missing a night out with my girls. Oh, and I’m trying to holla at one of them DC cats like you and Kali. Speaking of Kali where she at?” Jade asked.

“Uh, she knocked out ho. It is like nine in the damn morning,” Quita told her.

“You a smart ass heifer Quita!”

  “I know, Thanks,” Quita joked.

“Well girl, let me get my ass off this phone I need to get some sleep.” Jade said trying to get off the phone.

“I bet you do freak nasty,” Quita teased.

“Bye ho, after I wake up and shower I’m gonna call you and we can go to the mall and get something fly to wear,” Jade told her.

“Girl, I ain’t got no damn money!” Quita said quickly.

“Chill damn. I got you girl,” Jade said.

“Damn, let me find out you ballin’now,” Quita said.

“Hell no, but I did get some ends from J-Roc ass,”Jade boasted.

“Oh word the nigga hooked up like that?” Quita asked.

“Hells yeah! I told you I don’t play, so I guess I got something more than just some dick huh?” Jade made sure she threw Quita’s comment right back at her.

“Alright, well that’s a bet then. Get some sleep, so we can mash out tonight,” Quita told Jade.

“A’ight, later,” Jade said and they hung up in unison.

Quita wanted to call Lexi and tell her about Jade’s whorish ass, but she decided to go with her gut feeling and let Lexi find out for herself. ‘Shid she never told me that she heard that Jade had fucked Timmy, so fuck it....what goes around comes around.’ Quita thought.

  Chapter 11

Quita and her girls were posted up in the club waiting to see if the same niggas from the night before would show up. “There them niggas go right there,” Lexi nudged Quita in the arm.

“Where they at?” Quita didn’t see them.

“Right there blind ass,” Lexi said pointing towards the restrooms.

Quita eyes closed in on the prize of the night. The sound of cash registers went off in her head as soon as she spotted them out ‘Cha-Ching!’ Quita thought.

“I’ll be right back.” Quita left Lexi, Jade, and Rae at the bar. She went to find Kali to let her know that DC was repping tonight.

Quita saw Kali on the sidelines of the dance floor holding the wall up.

“What up little sis?”Kali asked her.

  “Look over there.”

Kali followed her gaze. “Come on Quita. It’s show time.”Kali pulled her sister onto the dance floor.

The scene was ridiculous. Every chicken head in the club was trying to the out of towners’ attention. They danced in sequence with one another not missing a turn or hand gesture. D.C couldn’t do anything but sit back and enjoy the mini show Quita and Kali was putting on in their honor.

They had evey nigga in the club’s attention, so two of the niggas from DC knew that it was time to make their way to the dance floor to rightfully claim the two sexy dancers.

Quita made eye contact with Kali and gave her a hard stare to let her know their plan was working.

Quita continued moving her body to further get the attention of her prey. She went down to dip but was stopped by Bay-Bay, the brother with the dred locks.

  “What up ma?” He said.

Quita gave him direct eye contact but didn’t say a word. She turned her back on him and grinded her ass all over his dick. Then she slid her ass all the way down from his dick to his ankles. Bay-Bay thought he would grab her and fuck her right there.

Quita looked to her left and saw that Kali wasn’t wasting any time either. She and the brother with the low fade was all in each other’s face like they had known each other for years. Quita wanted to take it slow because she didn’t want to rush into something she might regret later.

Quita still hadn’t said anything to Bay-Bay at that point. She just grabbed his hand and led him off the dance floor over to the bar. Quita approached the bar like a professional.

“Lemme get a Sex on the Beach, and for my friend,” Quita looked back at a very impressed Bay-Bay.

“Oh, I’ll have double shot of Hennessey.” Bay told the bartender.

Quita had a few dollars in her pocket so she brought his drink in good faith. She wanted to give him the impression that she didn’t want his money. The bartender came over with their drinks and placed them on the bar.

“Thanks,” Quita said, and gave Bay-Bay his drink.

“Good look on the drink shorty,” Bay told her.

“No problem sweetie, you good,” Quita told him looking around the club.

“What’s your name? Or should I just call you Sex on the Beach?” He asked with a bright smile.

“My name is Laquita,” she said sipping her drink.

Bay-Bay started laughing when she said her name. Quita got a little offended. She put her hand on her hip.

“What you laughing at? Is my name funny to you or something?” Quita asked.

“Nah shorty, your name ain’t funny. It just put me in the mind of the Chiquita bananas that’s all,” He told her. When he said that Quita couldn’t do anything but smile. Her mother wanted to name her Chiquita but Ricky wasn’t having it, so they agreed to name her Laquita Belle instead.

“Is that a smile I see?” Bay-Bay asked her.

“Yeah it’s a smile. What’s your name?” Quita asked taking another sip of her drink.

“They call me Bay-Bay.” His voice was full of arrogance.

“Where’s your man? He not gonna come out the shadows trying to pop shit is he?” Bay-Bay asked.r />
“No, I’m single. What about you? Do you have a girl?” Quita asked.

“Nol shorty. I’m good,” he said.

“You good, what does that mean?” Quita was a bit confused by his answer.

“It means that I don’t have a girl.”

“Well that’s all you had to say, no need to beat around the bush. Anyway who do you know ‘round here?” Quita asked.

“I don’t know anybody around here. I’m here with my boys on business. Black knows a few cats down this way,” he said pointed to the nigga with the low fade Kali was entertaing.

“Oh fo’ real huh?” Quita said trying to be seductive with her drink. Bay took notice.

“You tryin’to turn me on?” He asked.

“No, what makes you say that?” Quita asked trying to look innocent.

“The way you keep running your hands up and down that glass and sucking on that straw got a niggas mouth watering,” he admitted.

“Nigga don’t flatter yourself I always drink like this. You must be horny as hell or something.” Quita laughed.

“Check it. I’m really feeling you right now. What you say we spend a little time together outside this environment.” Bay said.

“That might be doable,” Quita said looking around the club.

“Oh might? What you not feeling me? Your girl seems like she feeling my boy over there.” He pointed in Kali and Blacks direction. Quita looked on the dance floor where Kali was still dancing with Black.

“What’s you point? That’s not my home girl she’s my sister.” Quita told him.

“Oh my bad I didn’t mean to offend you, I just thought,” Bay-Bay said.

“Well don’t assume, and what makes you think I’m not feeling you?” Quita asked finishing her drink off.

  “I guess I ain’t used to rejection,” Bay-Bay admitted.

“Well you assumption was wrong. I am feeling you,” Qutia told him.

“What’s it gonna be? Youu gonna get at me outside the club?” Bay-Bay probed.

“Yes, I think that will be okay,” she told him with a wide smile.

“Bay-Bay quickly jotted his number on a napkin at the bar. He slid the napkin to her with his digits and she was happy. ‘Mission accomplished!’

“I will be sure to call you tomorrow.” She told him tucking his number away in her purse.

“Oh Nol shorty. I know you ain’t trying to play the kid. I want your number too,” Bay told her.

“Oh, I’m sorry my father always told me not to give out my number to strangers.” Quita couldn’t help but laugh at herself.

“A’ight baby. I see you got jokes, but I won’t press it. You want another drink? This one is on me,” He said sounding a bit frustrated. “You want another Sex on the Beach?”

“Yeah that’s cool. Thanks,” she said. When he turned to give her the drink Quita handed him her number on a napkin.

“Bet!” He said with a wide smile.

“Hey, can you do me a favor?” She asked him.

  “What’s that sexy?”

“Can you watch my drink I need to go to the restroom,” Quita told him.

“No doubt, just hurry back,” he said.

“I will, don’t worry.” Quita hopped off the bar stool and hurried to the bathroom to relieve her full bladder. Kali spotted Quita headed for the bathroom and followed suit along with Lexi, Rae, and Jade. They were pissy drunk.

When Kali and Quita got into the bathroom they started jumping up and down screaming like they had just hit the lotto. Rae’s hating ass was quick to throw salt on them.

“Y’all better watch them niggas ‘cause they look like ho’s, and they kept looking at me and Lexi earlier like they wanted to holla. Weren’t they Lexi?” Lexi just looked at Rae’s hating ass. Rae had her hands on her hips waiting for Lexi to co-sign her comment.

“Damn bitch you always throwing salt on somebody. You mad‘cause don’t nobody want your ran through ass!” Lexi spat. Rae was livid because Lexi played her in front of everybody.

“Lexi, you a triflin’ ass bitch!” Rae snapped.

“Oh I can show you a bitch Rae!” Lexi said charging at Rae.

“Don’t go there y’all we came to have fun tonight,” Quita told them. Quita knew she had to jump in quickly to keep them from going toe to toe right there in the club.

“Come on bitches chill out they got a couple of other niggas with them. I’m sure y’all can get the hook up,” Kali added.

Quita and Kali glanced in the mirror to make sure everything was in place before they left out the bathroom.

“Lets go back out here with these niggas little sis,” Kali said grabbing Quita by the arm to lead her out the bathroom. As they walked through by they could feel bitches’ eyes burning holes in their backs with hate. They just smiled and kept it moving. They made it back to the bar to join their new friends for some drinks.

Black had jokes when they got to the bar. He sat in the bar stool beside Bay Bay clowning.

“Damn baby I thought you fell in the toilet,” Black said.

“Well, you were wrong nigga. I didn’t fall in,” Kali shot back.

Bay-Bay and Quita was laughing so hard they had tears in their eyes.

“You know what to hell with all of y’all. Quita you know damn well Lexi and Rae got into it while we were in there and we had to squash it,” Kali said pouting.

“Aww, poor baby.” Black grabbed her by the waist.

“Lighten up Kali. We just having a little fun at your expense,” Quita said and started laughing again.

“Y’all two are crazy as hell.” Black said. Everybody ordered drinks and kicked it for a minute.

Black was trying to spit game to Kali, but kept getting interrupted by his cell phone ringing off the hook.

“I see you’re a busy man huh?” Kali asked.

“Not really. I’m just a businessman. I have a question for you? What up with you and ol’ boy you was kicking it with earlier?” Black asked.

“Who you talking about?” Kali asked confused.

“You know who I’m talking bout ma.”

“No I really don’t.” Kali knew he had to be talking about Kwon because he was the only other nigga she’d kicked it with that night.

“You don’t remember that nigga that was all up in ya grill earlier tonight?” Black asked in an aggravated tone.

“Oh Kwon? Yeah that’s just my homeboy. We been cool like forever,” Kali lied.

“Oh word? I’m just saying I’m not trying to beef with nobody up in this bitch,” he admitted looking cautiously over his shoulder.

Black had switched his phone to vibrate after the constant calls earlier. Kali took notice that hia phone and was lighting up like crazy. “You might wanna get that,” Kali told Black eyeing his phone.

“Damn ma. I see you eye hustling like a mufucka!”

“Nigga, don’t flatter yaself. I just pay attention to shit around me that’s all,” Kali told him. Black looked at his phone and hit Bay on the leg.

“Come on nigga, let’s move,” he told Bay-Bay.

“Y’all ‘bout to leave already? It’s only one-thirty. The party’s just starting,” Quita said to Bay.

“Yeah ma I know, but we got something to handle right now. Sorry, but we gotta cut our time with y’all a little short,” Bay told her.

“That’s cool we understand, don’t worry about it. Just call me, and be careful,” Quita said laying it on thick. He smiled so hard Quita thought his face would crack and bleed. He couldn’t believe how much love this young shorty was showing him. He grabbed Quita by the arm and whispered in her ear.
