Once inside Kali took the stairs and Quita headed for the basement. They gave each other a quick hug before they went their separate ways.

Kali reached the second floor of the run down crack house, and heared noises coming from one of the bedrooms. It sounded like someone was moaning. Her heart started racing, and she didn’t know what to do. Oh my god! She thought. Kali quickly cocked the 38 Remmington Pistol that Black gave her. She said a quick prayer and inched closer to the door. Kali opened the door and her heart jumped out of her chest.

Downstairs Quita had her gun cocked ready to fire. She was hoping that somebody would be down there, so she could fill they ass with some hot shit. She looked around disappointed that she was the only one down there. She put her gun away. ‘Ok let’s get this money!’ She thought.

Spotting the couch, she pulled the razor blade out of her mouth and cut the lining. “Bingo,” she whispered. Quita hurried up filling the duffle bag with all the money in sight. After she finished filling her bag with the dough, she quickly got out of there. She made her way back outside.

Bay gave her a kiss on the lips when she got in the car, and asked her where Kali was.

“I thought she was out here. She must still be in the crib,” Quita told him outta breath.

“Yo, she needs to hurry up the fuck up so we can roll out ‘cause this nigga comes by here after he leaves the Firm to do a drop off,” Bay-Bay told her.

  “Shit!” Quita cursed.

Kali stood in the doorway of the bedroom at the top of the stairs. She felt dumb as fuck, but relieved at the same time. What she heard was a pitbull nursing five pups.

“Oh, thank you God!” She said out loud. Kali looked at her watch and she saw that she was falling behind on her mission by nine minutes and counting.

She shut the door and started speed walking to the master bedroom. When she got in the bedroom she used all the strength in her body to dump the armor over. Kali retrieved the sledgehammer from her duffle bag and busted the wall up to get the goods. As soon as she was finished she ran down the staris so fast she fell down the last two steps.

“Fuck! Quita where the fuck is ya sister? She’s slippin’ hard,” Bay said.

“Quit buggin’ baby, she’ll be out soon.” Quita told him. Just then Bay-Bay’s phone started ringing.

“Damn baby that’s B right now probably making sure we got out safely.”

  “Yo!” Bay answered the phone.

“Yo, my ass nigga. Where y’all mafuckas at?” Black spat.

“We’re on our way right now. We ran into a little problem.” Bay said.

“What kind of problem?” Black asked.

“Nothing I couldn’t handle myself,” Bay-Bay told him.

“Well, what was it then nigga?” Black demanded.

“The nigga switched up his game a little bit. He had a sniper type cat on the roof instead of the dogs. It’s all good though. We took care of that nigga. We’re on our way now!” Bay told him.

“Well hurry the fuck up!” Black said slamming the phone down.

Kali knocked on the car window for Quita to let her in car.

“Yo, y’all will never guess what happen to me in that bitch!” Kali said to them outta breath.

“Save it for now! We gotta dump this nigga in the trunk and get back to the room. Black buggin’the fuck out,” Bay told them stopping Kali from talking.

“Shit, when is he not trippin’?” Kali asked.

After they dumped Ugly in an alley somehwhere they headed back to the Waldorf. Instead of using the front entrance door they used one that was on the side of the hotel.

They didn’t want to walk back in there with three big ass duffle bags of dope and money looking suspect.

Bay attempted to use his key to the room, but Black snatched the door open before he had the chance.

“It’s about mafuckin’ time y’all got back!” Black yelled.

“Shit, my nig you act like you just made this run!” Bay told him feeling himself way too much. After a lick like that Bay didn’t give a fuck. Black looked at Bay-Bay like he had just lost his fucking mind.

“Nigga who the fuck you talking to like that?” Black questioned.

Quita and Kali looked at each other. Quita felt obligated to step in and change the subject. She threw her two bags on the floor between the two king sized beds and Kali followed suit.

“Come on Black. Let that shit go man. We’re all a little bit tense right now and our adrenaline is pumping. We all know you run this shit. Let’s just count this fucking money!” Quita told him. As badly as he wanted to disagree with Quita he couldn’t, because he knew she was right.

  “A’ight bet!” He told her.

Black and Bay knew just by looking at the dope how much profit they could make. They closed the bags containing the dope and went straight to counting the money. Bay-Bay picked the bag up and dumped all the money on the bed.

Kali and Quita looked at one another in awe. They both had a little stash, but to see that much money at one time had them tripping.

Back at the club Lexi was feeling like a celebrity Sousa was giving her so much love she didn’t know how to act. ‘This shit feels like a dream.’ She thought to herself.

“Tell me sexy. Where you from?” Sousa asked her.

“What makes you think I’m not from here?” She asked him with a sexy grin.

“How do I know? I run this fucking city ma, and I ain’t never seen you ‘round here before. I know I would remember a pretty face and banging body like yours,” he said rubbing her inner thigh.

Lexi crossed her legs toward Sousa and put her hand on his lap. She licked her lips and seductively told him.

“I’m from Atlanta, Georgia papi,” she lied.

“Damn, word? I got some peoples down that way. How long are you gonna be up this way?” He asked her.

“I’m only in town for about a week or so. My auntie Tracy passed away and I came up for the funeral.” She lied again.

“Damn shorty I’m sorry to hear that,” Sousa said sympathetically.

  “Thank you.”

“On the real though shorty, I do want to fuck with you before you leave town. I like your style ma.”

“Well, I’m digging you too,” Lexi told him licking her lips. She was trying to figure out why they hadn’t called her yet. She was just praying that everything went according to plan and her girls got out safely.

Without warning Sousa leaned over to Lexi and stck his slimy ass tongue down her throat. Lexi was disgusted. His tongue felt like a fucking worm all wet and shit, but she let him kiss her. It was part of the act. She was pissed. ‘Where the fuck are those mufuckas,” she kept thinking.

Sousa called the waitress back over to the table so he could order another bottle of Moet.

“Can I see you tonight shorty?” He asked. Now she was scared. “Oh my God! They need to hurry up and call me so I can leave,” she thought, but managed to keep her cool.

“Hell yeah nigga, Lets go now!” She told him trying to cover up her nervousness.

“Damn, you down like that to chill with the kid tonight?” Sousa’s head got real big at the thought of a bitch like Lexi wanting to spend the night with his ugly ass.

“Yes papi,” she said bitting her bottom lip to add emphasis.

“A’ight bet! Look I gotta run back to the office real fast and get something I’ll be right back, sit tight.”

“Ok baby don’t keep me waiting,” she winked sexily at him.

As soon as he left the V.I.P section Lexi’s phone started ringing.

“Hello,” she answered on the first ring.

“Damn girl what’s wrong with you?” Quita asked her.

“Ready to go, but I‘m loving this club. It’s so nice girl. Hey, is everything clear on y’all end?” Lexi asked her.

“Yeah we good that’s why I’m calling you. We got all the pictures from the old house with no problems,” Quita told her she was speaking in code and Lexi picked r
ight up on it.

“It damn sure took y’all long enough. I’m on my way now,” Lexi said and hung up her phone before Quita could say bye.

Lexi put her phone in her handbag and gave Mookie the eye to let hm know it was time to bounce.

Fifteen minutes later Sousa came back into V.I.P to claim his prize for the night, but she was gone.

“Fuck!” He cursed aloud. Sousa called his boys over to see if they saw where shorty went.

“What up Sous?” One of his boys asked.

“Yo, did y’all see shorty I was over here with earlier?” Sousa asked him.

“Nah boss, we ain’t seen her. Maybe she went to the bathroom.” Tat said.

“Nol, my nigga she went out the front door! I saw her,” his boy Cal said.

“That bitch was a fucking tease! Fuck her ass I get plenty pussy.” Sousa was pissed that shorty made him look like an ass in front of his boys.

  Chapter 19

They stayed in New York for two days after they hit Sousa’s spot up. When they finally saw the welcome to West Virginia sign Kali let out a sigh of relief. They’d made it home safe from car accidents and the boys.

“Yo, Black roll up.” Quita told him.

“Word ma, we’re chillin’ until we get back to y’all crib.” He told her.

“Aww, come on B we’ll be there in less than an hour.” Quita said.

“Nah, shorty we good,” he told her in a firm tone. Quita didn’t care she was ready to blaze.

“Quita you know I don’t get down like that. We don’t spark one until we hit the home stretch,”Black said.

“Yeah, yeah, yeah I know nigga.” She said folding her arms pouting

  “Oh fuck!” Kali said.

“What’s wrong?” They all asked in unison.

“The muthafuckin’ Jakes is behind us!” Kali told them.

“Oh shit y’all what are we gonna do? I can’t go to jail!” Lexi said scared shitless.

“Everybody just act normal. Keep talking like they aren’t even there,” Black said trying to reassure them.

Kali looked in her rearview mirror to see if the cop was going pass them, but he turned on the blue lights instead.

“Shit, shit, shit! He’s pulling us the fuck over!” Kali said ready to piss on herself.

“Just chill Kali and stay calm,” Black told her. Kali pulled to the shoulder of the highway. The cop pulled behind her, got out of his car and walked over.

“Do you know why I pulled you over ma’am?” The cop asked her.

“No sir, I’m afraid I don’t,” she said in an innocent voice.

“Well, you have a busted tail light and you seemed a little hesitant when I pulled you over,” the officer said. Kali looked at his badge.

“Oh, Officer Raves I’m so sorry. I was trying to control my sister,” She told him pointing to Quita in the passenger side seat. Black was in the back seat happy he had everyone sit in the seats they were in.

“ I hesitated pulling over because the lights scared her.”

Quita quickly saw where Kali was going and rolled with it. The officer looked over at Quita and she was slobbering, rocking back and fourth, and picking her nose while she pretended to eat her boogers. The cop turned his nose up in the air in pure disgust. He then looked in the back seat where Black, Lexi and Bay-Bay sat.

Kali handed the cop her licence registration and insurance card.

“Where you all headed to today?” The officer asked.

“We’re on our way back to Beckley. I gotta get her back to the clinic for therapy,” Kali told him.

“Who are they?” He asked being nosy. ‘Damn he is asking way too many questions,’Kali thought.

“Oh that’s her doctor, Mr. Weinstock.” Kali pointed to Black, who was wearing a pin stripped suit.

  “Good day officer,” Black said.

  “Hello,” the cop responded.

“That is my husband Charles and this is my older sister Kasia.” Kali pointed to Lexi and Bay-Bay. They all spoke and the cop went back to his cruiser to check Kali’s information and make sure she was legit.

The officer came back to the car with Kali’s information and gave her a warning for the tailight.

“Here you go ma’am. Make sure you all have a safe trip back home.”

“Thanks officer,” Kali said taking her info from him. .

Kali rolled her window back up and pulled back into the flow of traffic.

“Damn Yo, that was a close call,” Black said.

“Fuck Quita. I know you always was wanted to be an actress, but Dayyyyum! You did the damn thang,” Lexi told her hyped.

Kali knew Quita would come up with something for the cops, but she caught her off guard acting like she was all mental and shit.

“Baby that shit was bomb. My little award winning actress!” Bay told her sitting up in the front seat to kiss her on the cheek.

“Well, I do what I can ,” Quita told them bragging on herself. She had the right to being that she kept them all from doing jail time.

“Man, Quita I can’t even front. That shit was hot. I gotta run you two more for that performance. Word.” Black told her.

“No doubt my nigga. I’ll do it again if I have to,” Quita told him.

They got to B-town fortyfive minutes after their run in with the law. Everybody went to Quita’s crib to divide the four hundred fifteen thousand dollars in cash they got from Sousa’s stash spot.

The girls was pissed because they only got seven grand each, with the exception of Quita and the additional two grand Black gave her for saving their asses.

After they split the cash everybody went their seprate ways and Quita and Bay-Bay got to spend some much needed quality time together. All they did was watch movies on pay per view, smoke trees and kick it.

Bay-Bay knew the only reason to fuck with these broads was for him and Black to get some dumb bitches to help them get Sousa. All the time and money they spent with Quita and Kali was all a cover up. Bay had to be honest with himself. Quita was his type of girl and he wanted to make her his girl. She was down to earth, funny, and overall good peeps.

“Quita, I know we both do our own thing, but I’ve been thinking ‘bout you a lot lately. When I be up the way, and we don’t talk I be missing ya ass,” Bay confessed.

“ I didn’t know you felt that way ‘bout me. I be missing you too,” she told him.

“ I’m not gonna even lie shorty. At first it was about money, but its something ‘bout you that got me gone.”

“What are you trying to say baby?”

“I’m saying I want us to make this official,” Bay-Bay told her.

“Shit, we can do that. Deep down I was hoping that you wanted to be with me.”

“Hell yeah ma, I do,” Bay told her wrapping her up in his arms.

“Baby I got a question for you?” Quita asked.

  “What is it ma?”

“How can someone like you be so close to a nigga like Black? I mean he cool don’t get me wrong, but he got a sheisty style ‘bout him,” Quita said

“Man shorty, it’s a long story,” Bay told her trying to avoid the whole spill.

“Well, if we’re gonna be together you gotta talk to me. Tell me what’s up,” Quita probed.

“What’s up slim? You don’t like Black?”
