“Feels…so good.” Declan’s breath rasped over her shoulder. “Give me another.”

Noah shifted and Declan jerked, pushing deeper inside Violet, making her moan.

“I’m all slicked up,” Noah told him. “Sliding right on in.”

“God,” Dec panted. “Missed this. So damned much.”

“So fucking hot.” Noah closed his eyes. “Can’t wait to really get inside you.”

The men’s chatter was driving her to distraction, making her writhe in Declan’s arms. It was incredibly arousing, but just too vague to totally satisfy Violet. “Noah?”

He looked at her with those passion-infused eyes.

“T-tell me what you’re doing.” She swallowed. “Tell me exactly.”

“I’m fucking him with my hand, baby. I’ve got three fingers inside his ass, loosening him, getting him ready for me.”

  “For you?”

  “For my cock.”

  “A-are you ready for Dec?”

“I’m so hard, it hurts just to breathe.”

She flexed her fingers. “Can I feel?”

Noah gave an agonized laugh. “If you touched me now, I’d blow. In a heartbeat. It’d be game over before I ever got inside Dec.” He squeezed his eyes shut. “And I want inside Dec.”

  “How long has it been?”

  “Three…very…long years,” Declan answered.

“A fucking eternity,” Noah said at the same time.

“I’m ready,” Dec breathed. “So ready.” He broadened his stance and bent his legs, taking Violet with him, settling her firmly on his hard cock and making her moan at the same time.

  “Vi?” Noah said.

From this angle Violet could see more of Noah, could see his shoulder moving as he plunged his fingers into Declan. “Mmm?”

“I’m going to need your help here.”

  “Anything.”

  “Distract Dec for me.”

“With pleasure.” Violet nudged Declan’s face until his lips were aligned with hers, then she kissed him. She didn’t waste time with niceties; she just opened her lips and demanded access to his mouth. As she explored the warm, wet cavern with her tongue, she tightened her pussy muscles and thrust downwards on Dec’s long dick. Where minutes ago Declan had fucked her, now she fucked him, using the wall to propel her hips forward and take him deeper, before pulling off then sinking down on him once again.

Dec met every one of her plunges with a definitive thrust of his own, and in seconds they found their rhythm again. The muscles in her thighs strained as she squeezed his waist, but Vi felt utterly secure in his embrace. He wouldn’t drop her.

And then Dec’s rhythm faltered for the second time.

Noah panted heavily behind him, his firm abs bumping against Violet’s feet and ankles.

Vi clenched her pussy around Dec’s dick, and was rewarded with him thrusting deep inside her.

  Noah swore hoarsely.

Dec tore his mouth from Violet’s and emitted a low groan. He jerked into her, once, twice, then again.

“Dec, fuck…” Noah threw his head back and his eyes closed.

Declan dropped his forehead to Violet’s. “He’s inside me, Vi,” he gasped. “As deep inside me as I’m inside you.”

Violet wasn’t sure she’d ever breathe again. The image his words evoked made her dizzy. Noah fucked Declan while Dec fucked her.

Or was it more a case of Noah making love to Dec while Dec made love to her?

The urges swirling through her blood were basic: lust, hunger, desire—all three driven to extremes by the two men with her.

But the emotions swirling through her heart? A different matter altogether. While need and longing featured right up there, so did a deep-rooted sense of contentment, the likes of which she’d never experienced before. Here, with Noah and Declan, everything felt right in her world, as if the stars had aligned perfectly in her favor.

It wasn’t just contentment though. It was happiness. Satisfaction. And mixed in with those emotions were images of forever. Pictures of her, Dec and Noah spending all their days together, making a life together. Growing old together.

Then Noah moved, and Violet forgot all about her urges and feelings and images of forever. She forgot about everything but the sensation of Declan pushing deep inside her every time Noah pressed deep inside him.

Declan groaned fiercely and dropped his face onto Violet’s shoulder, leaving Violet staring into Noah’s beautiful hazel eyes. He trapped her gaze, holding it with his own. Even as he thrust into Declan, over and over, he held her gaze. As the muscles in his shoulders bulged and tensed, he looked at her.

She couldn’t turn away. Didn’t want to. Not when everything she saw in those hazel eyes made her heart sing. There, reflected on Noah’s face, was the exact happiness and contentment she felt in her heart. And all the raw lust and desire that swirled through her blood.

Although physically Noah was embedded in Declan’s body, psychologically he was right there with Violet. In her head, in her heart.

In that moment, Violet knew she hadn’t just fallen for him. She’d fallen in love with him. And, God help her and her traitorous heat, she’d fallen in love with Declan as well. For all the demons he fought and all the complexities of his battered heart, she loved him every bit as much as she loved Noah.

And it was that love for both men that spurred her over the edge.

The next time Noah thrust into Declan and Dec drove into her, Violet gave up the effort it took to keep her eyes open. Filled to the brim with love and lust and longing, Violet came. And she came hard.

The instant the contractions began, Declan howled.

  “Fuck, Vi. Jesus…”

The muscles of her pussy clamped down on his cock, forcing him to pump more forcefully into her, which just made her come harder.

  “So tight,” Dec muttered.

Noah said something too. Or maybe he shouted it. Violet lost track. She couldn’t concentrate on sounds, couldn’t focus. All she could do was surrender to the delicious shudders that racked her body and the tempestuous storm that flashed through her pussy.

And then Dec thrust one last time, and he too came, pulsing deep inside her.

Noah called her name. Or maybe it was Declan’s name, Vi wasn’t sure. She just knew his voice echoed through the room and through her ears, and she knew he was coming too because Noah stilled, but Declan gasped and shuddered even harder in her arms.

She forced her eyes open, and the view was worth the effort. There was Noah, his head thrown back, his eyes closed, and his face contorted into a mask of undiluted ecstasy.

  Chapter Eleven

Violet rolled over with a discontented groan. “Do we really have to get out of bed?”

Not if Declan had anything to do with it. He wasn’t ready to move anytime soon. The bed was a mess, the sheets strewn over the floor, and the room smelled musky, the air heavy with the scent of sex.

He breathed in deeply, loving the heady aroma. After three years of restraining his sexual and emotional needs, today had been, hands down, the best day of his life, and he wasn’t ready for the day to be over.

Declan had taken Angus’s advice to heart, and he’d turned a major corner. He’d simplified matters. First, by texting his mother to say he wouldn’t be able to make dinner the next night, and then by tossing out everything that wasn’t important and focusing only on what was—the two people sharing the bedroom with him.

His phone still lay on the table where he’d left it, powered off.

Declan had finally come to understand that no one else mattered besides him, Noah and Violet.

The understanding was liberating. It empowered him, making it okay to give in to his needs and desires. For the first time Declan acknowledged that those needs and desires weren’t evil. They were different from the norm, unusual, but they weren’t bad.

At the ripe old age of thirty-three, Declan had opened himself up to—and found—true happiness.
/>   “Yeah, lazybones. We really have to get out of bed,” Noah said sternly. “I might pass out from hunger if I don’t get some food in my stomach.”

“You should have shared the fruit with me,” Declan said languidly, pointing at the now-empty basket of fruit, nuts and wine Blake had sent to the suite. “You wouldn’t be so hungry if you had.”

Noah scoffed at him. “Shared? With you? Mate, you didn’t give me a chance. You, and you alone, scarfed the entire contents of that basket. Wine excluded.”

Dec shrugged, unperturbed. “What can I say? Sex gives me an appetite.” And since they’d pretty much had sex the whole day, Declan had been starving…the whole day.

“Here’s an idea,” Vi volunteered. She held out her glass to Noah. “Have some of the Moscato. It’ll fill up your tummy nicely, and then we won’t have to leave the room until breakfast tomorrow at least.”

Noah eyed the almost-empty glass. “And deprive you of your last few sips? I couldn’t do that to you.”

“There are only a few more sips?” Askance, she checked the bottle, then quickly downed the rest of the wine.

  “Good sharing,” Declan commented drily.

“There wasn’t very much left,” she defended herself. “The wine wouldn’t have filled Noah at all.”

“Which leaves us with the same problem. I’m ravenous, and there’s nothing to eat.”

“Room service,” Declan suggested. He puffed up a pillow and rested his head on it.

“Muse Kitchen,” Noah countered. “I’ll book us a table.”

“I’ve got an even better idea,” Violet volunteered. She wrapped her hand around Declan’s cock.

And of course his cock responded instantly. Didn’t matter that Declan had come so many times already he’d probably chafe—from the inside—if he came again. The instant Vi touched him, he roared right back to life.

“Feast on Declan,” Vi told Noah.

Noah’s eyes darkened with renewed lust.

“Great idea,” Declan approved. “And there’s plenty to go round. You can both feast.”

“Ooh, I like the way you think.” Three seconds later, Violet’s mouth replaced her hand.

Noah threw his arms in the air. “So much for eating out.”

“Eating in’s much better.” Declan laughed at him while Violet’s lips created heavenly chaos up and down the length of his shaft. “You know you want it. Better hurry, before Vi finishes all the good bits.”

But Noah didn’t hurry. He took his time, picking up the phone and ordering room service. While he spoke, he watched Violet devour Declan.

Noah was not unaffected. He stroked his thick erection in time to Vi’s bouncing head. And when the call ended and Noah joined Violet on his knees before Declan, he didn’t release his erection.

He stroked it while he shared hot kisses with Vi over Declan’s dick. He stroked it while he took Declan’s dick from Violet and spent long, lazy moments devouring him. He continued to stroke himself when Dec flipped Violet around so he could feast on her cunt while she and Noah feasted on him, and Noah stroked as Violet moaned into Declan’s groin.

It was only when Declan submitted to the tantalizing torture of Noah’s and Violet’s mouths and erupted in streams over their hot, wet tongues that Noah’s hand relented. As Violet tensed her thighs and came all over Declan’s mouth, jets of come spurted from Noah’s dick, landing in warm, wet patches on Declan’s leg. His moans blended in with Declan’s and Violet’s.

After that, Noah seemed to lose all interest in herding any of them out of the room.

Breakfast was a different matter. Violet was dressed and ready to go by the time either Declan or Noah stirred. Complaining of a rumbling tummy, she hurried them into the shower and into their clothes, then drove them all to Restaurant Cuvee, where Declan ate the yummiest dukkah eggs in Australia. Following that, the three of them—led by a very determined Violet—set off to find a more delicious Moscato than the Meant To Be vintage from the Rolling Hills.

After visiting five wineries, everyone agreed the Rolling Hills wines were undoubtedly the best.

They lunched at Muse Kitchen, the restaurant Noah had chosen for dinner the night before, and spent long hours on the balcony enjoying the exquisite views, fine wine, excellent food and stimulating conversation.

As Violet pushed her dessert bowl away, complaining she was too full to eat another morsel ever again, Declan made a momentous decision. One he’d been obsessing about the entire morning.

He wiped his mouth and placed his serviette on the table. “You know what I think?”

Noah looked at him over his glass of red and grinned. “That you’d like to get one last threesome in before we leave the Hunter?”

The late checkout the hotel had offered them, compliments of Blake, would certainly allow for it. But… “No.”

Violet made a strangled sound. “You don’t want another threesome?”

Declan took her hand, squeezed it reassuringly and kept holding it. “Oh, yeah, Vi. I do.” Jesus, did he ever. His hardening cock was clear evidence of how much. “But that’s not what I was thinking.”

A trickle of sweat ran down his back. A lifetime of hiding who he was and what he wanted made sharing his innermost desires an intimidating experience.

But Noah, his friend, business partner and now once-again lover, was the one person in the world who really knew Declan. No matter how much Declan had fought his attraction, and regardless of what had or hadn’t happened between them, Declan had never hidden who he was from the solid mountain of a man sitting on his right.

Noah might not always have approved of Declan’s decisions and actions. He’d challenged Declan on them every step of the way, but he’d never judged him. Not once.

And then there was Violet. Over the course of the weekend, he’d confided his deepest, darkest secrets to her. It hadn’t been easy. Exposing those secrets had gone against every one of his well-honed instincts. But instead of feeling exposed and vulnerable, he felt…empowered.

Violet and Noah had given him that. The strength to face himself and, maybe, finally embrace who he was.

Declan took a deep breath. “I’d like more than one last threesome before we leave here.”

  Violet blinked at him.

  Noah lowered his glass.

“The idea of a last threesome…ties me in knots.” It made his stomach cramp. “I hate the thought of a last anything with the two of you.”

“Dec…” Noah swallowed, but said no more.

“I want to be with you, both of you, long after we leave the hotel. Long after we get back to Sydney.”

Noah’s gaze heated so quickly fire burned straight through Declan’s chest.

  “Oh, my,” Violet said softly.

He squeezed her hand again, relishing her silken skin and dainty, slim fingers. “I need this… I need us to continue long after this weekend becomes a distant memory.”

Noah held up a finger. “Us, as in anytime you’re in the mood, we can get together for a three-way hookup?”

“No.” Declan’s throat felt raw, as though someone had sandpapered it. “Us, as in us. Together, in a three-way committed relationship.”

The kind of relationship Declan had ached for since his late teens.

Now that he’d been with Noah and Violet and had experienced the fullness of a weekend with them, he couldn’t deny himself anymore.

No matter what repercussions he’d face—and there would be repercussions, ugly ones—Violet and Noah had come to mean more to him than any possible consequences ever could.

For a long time no one responded. Violet stared at him, agape, and Noah eyed him with a cautious look. Declan’s words echoed through the silence.

When Noah finally responded, his voice was hoarse as Declan’s. “For how long?”

Forever. Declan quelled the gut response. It was way too soon to throw that out there. “For as long as we work.”

  Wariness flashed through Noah’s eyes.
So what, a couple of months, tops?”

Declan frowned. “I, uh, I was thinking a whole lot more than that.”

  “Ten, twelve weeks?”

“Longer.” Don’t say forever. “Way, way longer.”

Noah’s caution did not dim. “Dec.” He leaned forward and lowered his voice. “I love you. But you and time limits are synonymous. From where I’m sitting, even thirteen weeks is a stretch for you. A big stretch.”

Declan closed his eyes, absorbing the hurt in Noah’s voice, making the pain his own. “I deserved that.” Every time he and Noah had gotten too close, Declan had panicked and run. Splitting when his emotions got intense was his regular M.O.

Noah shrugged. “Just talking from experience.”

Declan laughed at himself, knowing the sound was empty. “I don’t have a very good track record when it comes to sticking around, do I?”

“You had your reasons for leaving,” Violet said quietly.

  Declan looked at her.

“Your parents. Their expectations. Your expectations of yourself.”

“Those expectations never made me happy.” Neither had his parents. “Noah tried to tell me as much, but I’m only just accepting it. It’s time to turn my back on those expectations.” Declan squared his shoulders, ready to do just that. The enormity of his decision made those squared shoulders feel a million times lighter.

The burden of living up to everything his parents demanded of him was absent. The weight of the responsibility gone.

“What about your parents?” Noah asked. “Are you ready to turn your back on them?”

Declan slumped as a different weight settled on his shoulders. The weight of a son’s responsibility to love and respect his parents—no matter what.

It pressed on his muscles, making breathing difficult.

Fuck, family shouldn’t be like this. They shouldn’t make life miserable. Parents were supposed to support their children, encourage them—no matter how those children chose to live their lives.

Declan’s family had only ever encouraged him when he’d taken steps to lead the life they wanted him to lead.

“If you’d asked me on Friday morning, I’d have said no.”
