Power Grab
Page 28
But I do know this: the United States of America is the greatest country on the face of the planet and somehow, some way, we will figure it. Yet it takes all of us, in our own way, in our own neighborhoods, to be involved, engaged, and educated on the facts. This is the miracle of our Constitution. Government is not going to solve these problems unless we the people demand the change. Government works for us. At least it is supposed to.
It is my hope that this book will illuminate the issues and help you more fully understand the mess that is Washington, D.C. The mere fact that you are reading or listening to this at the end of the book gives me hope. Your engagement demonstrates you will be part of the solution and not part of the problem. For that, I thank you.
God bless,
Jason Chaffetz
