“Make love to me Ben, I want you.”
“Baby, we can’t, the babies.”
Sky placed her fingers on his lips. “Dr Yancy said we can, just not too rough, she said it helps when it time to deliver, it makes it easier.”
Ben leaned up looking at her, wanting what she said to be true. Sky reached up and pulled his head down to meet hers. “Make love to me.”
Ben mouth covered her. She did not have to ask her twice. Ben removed his shorts. This is what he had dreamt about too many nights. He needed her, only her. He had had the opportunity to take care of his baser needs with Dina, but she couldn’t get a rise out of him although she tried, it just was not happening for him with Dina anymore, not since Sky came into his life. Sky was the only woman who aroused him to the point where it was painful.
Ben wanted to touch her, to feel her wetness on his fingers, but was afraid he might hurt her.
“Touch me Ben,” she whispered against his mouth. Ben hand moved down her body lifting her gown. Sky legs opened, as Ben stroked her gently. When he felt how wet she was he sucked in his breath.
“Sky, you want me,” he said in awe.
“Yes.”
Ben moved over her, and settled between her welcoming legs. Ben leaned up over her body, looking down at her face; he could see glowing in the darkened room. Her breath was coming in short pants, her hand caressing his hard chest.
“I don’t want to hurt you,” he said to her.
“You won’t.”
Ben gently, slowly entered her. Sky sighed. Ben moved in her, not fully inside her. She was tight and she was wet. Her stomach sat up between him, he wanted to hold her close to him. Ben pulled out of her.
“No!” she rasped out. Ben leaned down and kissed.
“Don’t worry baby, I need to hold you close to me, lay on your side,” he instructed. Sky rolled to her side. Ben got behind her, pulling her bottom to him, he inched down in the bed, and opened her from behind, entering her, the warmth of her made his harden flesh jerk inside her. Sky moaned loudly.
“Did I hurt you,” Ben whispered in her ear.
“No, oh Benjamin, don’t stop,” she murmured.
“Its better this way,” he explained, “I can move in you without going to deep, and I can hold you,” he said as his body moved her. “Push back to me Sky, yes, baby that’s it,” he said breathlessly, “you feel so good Sky,” he sucked air through his teeth as he rocked inside her. He kissed the back of his neck, he sucked the back of her neck, and Ben moaned her name, loving the feel of him in her. Ben didn’t move fast, he moved as leisurely, as languidly as his body would allow him savoring her heat and her moisture. Ben felt her body tighten. She murmured his name repeated, and he knew she was ready to explode around him.
“That’s it baby, God, you feel so good.”
Ben felt her walls tighten, and he knew her climax would follow. He increased the pace, mindful not to move deep. Ben mouth was on her shoulder sucking, and together they found rapture. Ben held her close to him. His arms wrapped around her caressing his children she carried. He felt her body relax, and she exhaled deeply. He held her that way for a few minutes.
“You okay?” he asked in her ear.
“I’m wonderful,” she said softly, her hand resting on top of his as he idly rubbed her belly. Ben pulled himself from her, and they both fell asleep with Ben’s body wrapped around her.
Chapter Ten
Sky sat in the Queen Anne chair at Georgie’s house. The family together for Sunday dinner. Ben casually leaning against the mantle that he was known to do, talking to Jonathan. Jana and Nyja sat on the ottoman near Sky’s feet, talking to her about the latest in fashions. Edmond played chess with Kevin, Nyja’s husband. Georgie stood in the archway of the living room smiling at her family. How wonderful they all looked. Sky looked happy, as she chatted with Jana and Nyja. She didn’t say anything, but she noticed the passion marks on Sky neck, and even on the back of her neck. Now how did she get them there, she thought chuckling. Are Sky and Ben sleeping together finally? Is everything good with them now, she wondered. Georgie looked over at Ben; his eyes were on Sky, as he half listened to his nephew talk.
Sky eyes rose and met his. Ben winked and smiled at her. Georgie watched the color rise in her cheeks, before she lowered her head. Jana and Nyja noticed, and looked back at Ben, then at Sky. Both women grinned, and looked over at Georgie. Georgie was grinning from ear to ear.
“Come on ladies let’s set the table,” Georgie said. Sky slid to the edge of the chair. Ben looked over at her.
“And where do you think you’re going Miss?” Ben asked with mock severity, from across the room. Georgie, Nyja, and Jana stood in the doorway waiting.
“To help, so could you please help me up,” Sky said.
“What did Dr Yancy say?” Ben reminded her.
“No strenuous labor, but setting a table is not strenuous Benjamin,” Sky argued.
“And what else?” now Ben was stooped down in front of her, her hand in his.
“Stay off your feet.” Sky said no more and she slid back in the chair.
“I’m bored Benjamin.” she said with a pout.
“Don’t worry, I’ll entertain you later tonight,” Ben stated impishly.
Everyone in the room laughed, even the battling chess players stop playing hearing them.
Sky reached up and grabbed the front of Ben’s shirt pulling him down to her.
“You promise,” she said, and kissed him on his stunned mouth. When Ben rose, he was grinning.
“I’ve created a monster,” he said moving away to join Jonathan.
Jonathan was frowning when his uncle joined him.
“I’m confused Unck, I thought you and Aunt Sky weren’t really married?”
“As far as I’m concerned, we are,” Ben said firmly. Jonathan smiled. “Good!”
Georgie and the girls were in the dining room setting the table.
Georgie stopped setting, and frowned, looking at her girls. “Do you think Sky and Ben are together?” she asked putting her fingers together to emphasize her point.
“They have to be,” Jana said. “Didn’t you see that bright hickey’s on her neck?”
“Did you see the one on the back of her neck?” Nyja added.
Georgie crossed her arms, contemplating what the girls said. “I wondered about that on the back of her neck, how did she get that one?”
Jana laughed. “I know how!” she said.
“How?” Georgie and Nyja said leaning in as if to hear some fabulous secret.
“Well, let just say, Sky’s belly is in the way.”
Georgie and Nyja frowned for a second trying to comprehend what Jana had said. Like a light bulb, they understood. “Oh!” Then the three women laughed quietly.
Georgie called for all to come to the table; dinner was ready. Ben went to Sky to help her get up. At eight months, it was getting harder and harder for her to get around. She placed her hand in his, and he gently pulled her up. Sky stood for a minute.
“You okay Babe?” he asked concerned.
“Yes, but I have to use the bathroom.” she informed him. “You go to the table, I’ll be alright.”
“You sure Sky?” Ben asked.
“Ben I can certainly go to the bathroom alone.” she said and waddled to the guest bathroom near the living room.
Everyone was sitting at the table waiting for Sky. Five minutes passed.
“Ben maybe you need to go and check on Sky,” his mother suggested.
Ben rose, and went to the bathroom door. “Sky, you okay?” he asked through the door.
“Benjamin, I can’t get up,” she said sounding like she was crying.
“Okay baby.” Ben turned the knob of the door it did not budge. “Sky tell me you didn’t lock the door?”
“Yes!” she wailed.
“Okay Baby, I’ll be right back and Sky stop crying.”
“I’m not crying!” She said indignantly.
&n
bsp; Ben knew she was he could hear in her voice. Ben went back to the dining room everyone looked up at him.
“It seems, that Sky can’t get up from the toilet, the problem is I can’t help her, because she locked the door,” Ben informed them a smile playing on his mouth. “Don’t you dare laugh, she in there crying.” “Mom got a screwdriver?”
Ben got the screwdriver, taking the hardware off the door to get Sky. Ben went to her and helped her up, and pulled up her underwear. He took a towel and wiped her face.
“I’m so embarrassed,” she admitted. Ben kissed her. “It’s alright Sky, I’m sure everyone understand.” Ben took Sky’s hand and together they joined the others. Ben helped her sit.
“I’m sorry,” she apologized. She had her head down. Ben reached over and lifted her chin. Ben frowned looking at her, a smile playing on her mouth. Then she grinned, suddenly she just busted out laughing.
“Sky?” Ben said frowning.
“I’m sorry,” she said covering her mouth with her hand. Everyone looked at her strangely.
She couldn’t hold it. She busted out laughing again. Then Jonathan started laughing, Sky looked over at him. “I couldn’t get up Jonathan,” she said and leaned on Benjamin laughing.
“Jonathan!” his father said, although a smiled was on his face.
“Dad she couldn’t get up!” Jonathan repeated laughing holding his stomach.
Ben looked at Sky as if she had lost her mind. “Sky!”
“Oh loosen up Ben, you saw my big underwear down around my ankles,” she said laughing so hard tears were coming from her eyes, “and I locked the door!” she laughed harder. Everyone at the table laughed uproariously, except for Ben. Ben looked around the table frowning at them.
Ben came to his feet. “This is not funny!” he said indignantly, everyone quieted but Sky.
Still laughing, Sky looked up at him. She pulled his arm until he sat down. She turned his face to her, looking in his eyes.
“Oh Benjamin, it is funny,” she said and kissed him.
“I don’t appreciate my family laughing at my wife!”
Sky finally stopped laughing. Ben looked over at her glaring. Her eyes softened, and she sighed.
“I love you!” she blurted out, before she could stop herself, surprising herself. She lowered her head quickly.
Ben forgot about his family. Gently he raised her head.
“What did you say?”
Sky tried to pull her face from him, but his gripped tighten forcing her to look at him. Tears filled her eyes, and rolled down her hot cheeks. “I love you Benjamin,” she repeated.
Ben did not hesitate, his mouth covered hers, holding her tightly to him. Ben rose from his chair.
“I’m taking my wife home!” Ben announced. He helped Sky from the chair.
“Ben you haven’t eaten yet.” his mother said.
“We’re having sardines and ice cream tonight, thank you very much,” he said grinning.
“What is sardines and ice cream?” Jonathan asked grimacing, as was everyone at the table.
“My wife says it delicious, and I believe her.”
Sky was smiling. “Goodnight,”
“Oh yeah, I love you guys,” Ben said grinning.
After they left, everyone started talking at once.
“I think Benjamin is finally happy,” Edmond said.
“Yes so it seems, but he didn’t tell Sky he loved her,” Ms Georgie reminded them.
“I think he does Mom,” Edmond comment.
“Yes, I know he does, but it’s the words a woman needs to hear, so as it is now, Sky may love him, but she’s not sure he loves her.” Edmond nodded understanding.
Dina paced her living room. She was livid. Ben had not been coming to the Club in the evenings as he had the past few weeks. Was he with that Sky; was he playing husband and proud father?
Whenever she tried to get him alone he was always in a hurry to get home. That bitch was not going to have Ben, he was hers, they were supposed to get married damn it, she had their life and career mapped out. Then this bitch comes in the picture and get knock up by Ben. Ben should have been more careful. She knew Ben had his dalliances; she was okay with that, she had her own, but to knock the bitch up was unacceptable. She had to get rid of the Sky and soon. She heard that Ben’s mother was giving Sky a surprise baby shower, and some of the people in the office were invited. She didn’t get one, but then she didn’t need one, she and Ben were good friends. It was probably an oversight on his part. She picked up the phone and punched in some numbers.
“Hello Jorge, its Dina, want to come over and play?” she said seductively.
Sky lay on her back gazing at the ceiling, still feeling the glow of Ben lovemaking. Ben went to get ice cream for them.
Ben return naked with a bowl of ice cream in his hand. He lay down beside her. He leaned down and kissed her. Sky looked over at him smiling. He dipped the spoon in the bowl and fed it to her. Sky slid up in the bed leaning on the headboard. She looked over at Ben as he put a spoonful of ice cream in his mouth.
How she loved him, she thought, a smile on her face. He didn’t say he loved her, and she didn’t care, she promised herself to be happy with Ben while she could, she didn’t know what would happen after the baby’s came. Maybe Ben was happy enough to keep them with him, maybe he didn’t want the divorce, but if he still wanted it, she would not refuse him she will just go and be thankful for the happiness she did share with him. He had one of the upstairs bedroom made into a nursery for the babies. Maybe he did want them to stay.
“What wrong?” Ben asked looking at her closely.
Sky reached up and caressed his face. “Nothing.”
Ben spooned more ice cream in her mouth, watching her. He was still floating from her declared to everyone that she loved him, his heart pounded in his chest. He had never known such happiness. Then why could he not tell her he loved her. She made him happy. He needed her, and even pregnant she was still the most passion women he had ever been with; pleasing him anyway, he wanted her. However, that was not love. He needed time to think, to understand what he wanted.
“Hey we have a date tomorrow, remember?” Ben said smiling at her.
“How could I forget, I’m looking forward, I haven been to the matinee in years, it will be fun.”
What Sky did not know was tomorrow was her baby shower, and he had to get her out of the house for a few hours. So, he decided to take her to lunch and a movie. He was even looking forward to it.
“Had enough?” Ben asked. She nodded. Ben rose and took the bowl to the kitchen.
Ben returned and lay down beside Sky facing her. She pressed her lips to his chest. Her tongue flicking out to his nipple gently rubbing it with her teeth. It amazed him how quickly she could get a rise out of him just by touching or kissing him.
“Sky,” Ben moaned, his eyes closing. She wiggled down the bed until her face was near his now throbbing manhood. She kissed the tip of him. Her mouth opened and she circle her tongue him, it jumping to attention. Her hands held him, slowly moving up and down on him. He felt her tongue lick from the base of him to the tip before she took him fully in her mouth. She pulled, until he thought he would lose his mind, her mouth creating havoc with his body.
“Sky, baby let me have you” he moaned.
Sky moved up into the bed. She lifted her leg over his hip, and Ben entered her. Her body wet and welcoming his throbbing shaft. Her head fell back savoring his body in her as he moved in her. Ben didn’t understand; it was as if she couldn’t get enough of him, just as he couldn’t get enough of her.
“Ben,” she moaned, and he felt her moisture flow down his shaft causing him to explode in her. They lay as they were for minute. Although their lovemaking was not as long as it was before Sky got pregnant but it was just a powerful. Ben pulled from her. She moved close to him and fell asleep.
Ben looked down at his watch. His mother should have everything set up by now. They had lunch, and went to t
he matinee. Ben smiled, when in the theatre, Sky had fallen asleep, her head resting on his shoulder. She swore up and down she had not fallen asleep. She is so sweet, he thought. He pulled into his driveway. His mother had valet parking so no cars would be in driveway, when they arrived.
Ben went to open the door for Sky helping her out. She was in her ninth month and very big. Now she got tired easily, and she sleeps more. This was a sign soon they would meet their children. Sky leaned on him as he used his key to open the door. He and Sky stepped in. Ben reached around and pushed the light switch.
“SURPRISE!” everyone yelled. Sky mouth dropped open and her hands covered her face. She looked around the many people in the living room. Sky looked up at Ben, all the love she had for him shining in her eyes. Tears of joy filled her eyes. Ben hugged her to him, kissing the top of her head. The room was decorated in pink and gift were scattered all over the room. Along the far wall a buffet table full of food sat. Georgie came to her taking her hand.
“Come on Mom, it time to sit down. Georgie led her to a wide back wicker chair with a pink cushion on the seat. Jonathan was in charge of the video and pictures. Sky beamed with joy. Ben stood behind the chair as everyone laughed and talked with her. Ben proudly introduced her to the people he had invited from his office. She met so many people she was not sure if she would remember them all. Everyone laughing, talking and enjoy themselves. No one noticed when another guest had entered the room. Sky was eating, and talking with a young Ensign that worked in Ben’s office. Georgie looked up and saw the late arriver. It was Dina with a wrapped gift in her hand. Jana came over to Georgie.
“What is she doing here?” Jana asked, “Did Ben invite her?”
“She wasn’t on Ben list,” Ms Georgie confirmed. Ben stood over Sky and didn’t notice when Dina came in. When he raised his head, he saw her. She waved to him. Ben excused himself and went to her.
