Lei came onto the stage. She was dressed very professionally with her long hair pulled back and her makeup was flawless.

“Dancers, it has been my privilege to have you dance for our club.”

“This sounds like the beginning of a goodbye,” Hunter said.

“It is my goodbye, Hunter. I’m getting married next month and he doesn’t want me owning a club like this. I have sold my half of the club to Melinda. I wish I could have given you all a bit more notice.”

The men said goodbye to Lei and as they watched her walk away, they knew their hopes of being treated fairly and respectfully were leaving with her.

“Now I suggest you all go work on your moves for tonight’s show. Hunter, I want you to stay for a moment.”

Hunter looked at Adonis as he remained where he was when the other dancers left the stage.

“You are going to do a dance with Adonis tonight. Your outfit will be sent to your room.”

“My outfit? I can dress myself.”

“You will wear what I have provided.”

“Why do I have to dance with him? I have never shared a stage before.”

“I want to unveil Adonis in a grand way.”

“She wants me to upstage you,” Adonis said in a deep voice.

“Well then Melinda I would say you will be disappointed.”

  “We will see.”

Adonis smiled at Hunter with such a look of arrogance on his face it took every ounce of willpower for Hunter not to punch him.

“You may go now, Adonis. You will have room four.” Melinda ran her hands up Adonis’ chest then gave his ass a slap as he left the stage.

  Hunter started to leave.

“Hunter, he will upstage you. You have eyes, don’t you? Adonis is even more handsome than you are.”

Hunter turned back to her. “Shit, there are a lot of guys who are more perfect than I am. Being good-looking is just a fraction of the equation. Are you done? I would like to go back to sleep.”

“Go ahead. I’m looking forward to tonight.”

Hunter went back to his room. He saw the ancient Egypt get-up lying on his bed. He rolled his eyes and went over to make some coffee.

  “Hunter.”

  “Hey Zoltan, come on over.”

“I can’t I have to take Jenna to her school conference. I just wanted to let you know that Adonis is dancing on the stage. He must be practicing for something.”

“That ass is going to dance with me tonight.”

  “Shouldn’t you be practicing too?”

“No, then it would look rehearsed and that is not my style.”

“I’m worried that I might get fired.”

“You ... come on. The ladies love you. So don’t worry.”

“I got to go. If you want to practice your dance I can help you later.”

  “Thanks, but no thanks.”

Hunter didn’t care whether Adonis out danced him or not. What he was more concerned about was tomorrow. Everything had to work without a hitch or he was going to see the inside of a jail cell.

Linda was staking out the jewelry store tonight then Jody was taking the next. They figured it would work better this way. Jody felt antsy being in her apartment. She called Linda already and everything was quiet at the jewelry store. Maybe Jody was wrong about the store being Black Velvet’s next target.

“Stop by the Alcazar and I will do my dance just for you.” Hunter’s voice popped into her head.

“Oh God damn it,” she growled. Why in the world couldn’t she get that damn pleasure giver out of her mind?

She flipped through the channels of the T.V. She couldn’t stay focused. She wanted to see Hunter dance again. She got dressed to go out and headed for the club. Maybe if she saw him dance again he would get out of her mind.

The club was packed full of horny women. Dai was already finishing his dance.

“You came just in time,” the waitress said.

  “Why?”

“Black Velvet is going to be dancing with the new dancer. Oh my, wait until you see Adonis. Perfect is the word that comes to mind.”

Jody took the glass of wine from the waitress and gave her a nice tip. She doubted the poor thing made that much in tips since the women were probably tipping the hell out of the dancers.

The music started. The women roared their approval as the lights flooded the stage and Hunter and Adonis stood there dressed like ancient Egyptians. They wore elaborate necklaces and loincloths. Adonis was too handsome, too perfect, but it wasn’t him that Jody watched. Her eyes couldn’t leave Hunter. His body moved in such a way it made her pussy become instantly wet. The music was sexy, and the beat perfect for the slow seductive way Hunter moved his hips.

Adonis was physically more handsome than Hunter, but he couldn’t hold a candle to the way Hunter could move. The women were so worked up you could feel their energy, their arousal.

Jody couldn’t move, breathe, or think when Hunter locked gazes with her. When Adonis ran his hands down Hunter’s chiseled chest, Jody couldn’t hold back the moan that escaped her lips. Hunter smiled at her then moved down the runway.

The security guards were having a hell of a time keeping the women from climbing up onto the stage and runway.

“Oh … Hunter …” Jody whispered as he strolled back up the runway. He moved his hips almost like he was calling Adonis to him. Adonis played off Hunter, but it was clear that Hunter commanded the stage.

The song ended as Adonis stood beside Hunter. The lights dimmed on stage and the women roared their approval.

“Like that bitch?” Hunter growled at Melinda as he headed off the stage.

  Melinda just smiled at him.

Hunter went to one of the security guards. “Bring me that woman,” he pointed out toward Jody.

  “I can’t do that.”

  “Do it.”

  “You owe me.”

  “Whatever, just do it.”

The guard went and retrieved Jody.

“What did I do?” Jody was confused.

“Here Hunter, but remember you owe me.” The guard pushed Jody in Hunter’s direction.

“Come here, Officer Davis.” Hunter pulled her to a dressing room. He went into one of the dressing stalls.

  “What?”

“I know you want me.” Hunter was still wearing his costume.

  “Hunter …”

He grabbed and pulled her to him. He turned her around then pulled her skirt up, he clutched her blue panties.

  “You want me?” he growled.

  “Yes.”

He ripped her panties from her then tore the loincloth from himself. He plunged his cock into her wet pussy. He rode her hard and fast. He didn’t know what came over him, the only thing he knew he wanted her.

  “Hunter,” Jody moaned loudly.

“Come … oh come,” he growled, thrusting faster. He felt her body shuddered. “Yes … yes!” he roared as he came.

“What are you doing?” Melinda’s voice blasted through his afterglow.

“Fucking.” He pulled Jody up and held her tightly to him.

“She didn’t pay for your cock. You better pay for my prize male’s cock, woman.”

“Take my tips tonight that should be enough. Now get the fuck away from us.” He heard Melinda stomp off.

He kissed down Jody’s neck. “Thank you. That felt good,” Hunter purred into her ear.

He stepped back and grabbed a robe. He watched as she pulled down her skirt and straightened it out.

“I should thank you.” She felt so awkward.

“Hunter, what the hell?” Zoltan said as he entered the dressing chamber.

Jody turned around and looked at Zoltan. She could feel her cheeks burn. She felt so embarrassed.

“Are you trying to get fired?”

“I will have a guard escort you back to your seat, Jody.”

Jody only nodded her head. Hunter motioned for a guard then he watched Jody hu
rry out.

“Why in the world did you do that?” Zoltan asked.

“I wanted her. I can fuck who I want you know.”

“Outside the Alcazar sure, but in here Melinda owns your cock. She is going to give you hell for this.”

“It was worth it.” Hunter put on his robe and left the room. The impulsiveness of his actions turned him on again. He didn’t know why he felt the need to have her right now … yeah, he did, but it was hard to admit … she was getting under his skin and he knew it.

Jody was flustered as she hurried from the club. She could still feel Hunter’s body in her mind. She got into her car and sped home. Her body ached for more of him. Her mind was still reeling from his impulsiveness. He was everything she didn’t want. Yes he was, no he wasn’t, she fought mentally with herself.

“Why did you do that Hunter?” she murmured as she collapsed onto the sofa.

She reached down and ran her fingers over her cum-soaked pussy, then she brought her finger up to her nose. His scent and her scent mingled. Her body became tight with want. She brought her fingers back down to her pussy and stroked her swollen clit. She rubbed and rubbed as thoughts of Hunter filled her mind. Within moments she came so hard she couldn’t muffle the moan that escaped from her lips. He danced in her mind as she enjoyed the afterglow of her orgasm. His hips, his chest, his hands, his cock … his voice … she pictured him moving, seducing her with his dance. Her body heated up again.

“Damn it,” she growled as she hurried to the shower. She had to get him out of her mind. She had to focus, damn it.

As the water ran down her body, thoughts of him wouldn’t leave her mind. She pleasured herself over and over until she was finally sated. She climbed out of the shower and wrapped herself up in her robe.

When she lay down on her bed all she could see was him.

“Hunter …” she whispered as she closed her eyes and tried to sleep.

  Chapter Six

Jody watched the jewelry store carefully. She saw the guards take their posts. Linda reported that nothing unusual happened last night. Maybe Jody was wrong. Maybe this wasn’t the kind of heist Black Velvet would do.

She knew this was going to be a long night. The exhibit was closing tomorrow, so it was now or never if Black Velvet was going to strike. She had to stay awake and alert. If Black Velvet did strike she would be ready.

Dressed in all-black, Hunter slowly and carefully made his way across the roof of the building that was next to the jewelry store. He couldn’t make even one mistake tonight. There were too many guards and the security system was a good one in the jewelry store.

He took out his binoculars to do a final survey. The guard on the roof sat on a chair and was busy messing with some electronic toy, a nice break for Hunter. It would be a bit easier to take this guy out. He turned his binoculars to the street. He smiled seeing Jody sitting vigilantly in the dark sedan. Melinda gave him hell for fucking Jody like he did, but when she saw that Hunter made two thousand in tips that night just from his dancing, she shut up. He made another six thousand at the auction, which he gave to Dai for his father’s medical bills.

He turned his attention back to the guard on the roof. He took out the small dart gun he had in his backpack. Slowly and steady he aimed his gun at the guard. He had to hit him right on the shoulder; this would ensure he didn’t hurt the guard. The sleeping agent in the dart was immediate if he got too close to the guard’s heart it would kill him. Conversely, if he hit the guard in the leg it would take too long for the sleeping agent to knock the guy out, so the shoulder was the best bet. Hunter took a deep breath and fired. The dart hit the guard squarely on the shoulder. The guard slumped on his chair and fell immediately asleep.

  “Perfect,” Hunter whispered.

He turned his binoculars over to where Jody was. She could see a good part of the roof from where she was parked. He had to jump at the right corner at the back, but he had to be careful the guards at the back door didn’t see or hear anything either. He put his binoculars back in his pack and ran as fast as he could. He cleared the gap between the two buildings easily and once he was on the roof he got down. He waited a couple of minutes then proceeded to the vent.

Actually going through the vent would be too loud, so he carefully pulled the vent up making as little noise as he could. Each movement was slow. He could feel the adrenalin rush begin to build. When he was inside he would have to quickly get the necklace and climb back out.

Once he removed the vent top, he slowly and carefully pushed the metal vent aside. There wasn’t much room for him to get in, but it was enough. He reached into his backpack and grabbed the black rope. He secured it to the small brick chimney, making sure not to get up enough for Jody to spot him. Slowly he climbed down the rope, praying that he didn’t hit any of the security beams. Once his foot hit the floor of the jewelry store he let out his breath. He grabbed the spray can from his pack. Each movement was slow and deliberate--one wrong move and he would trip the security beams. He sprayed the fine mist around where he was. Every beam became visible.

“Damn,” he muttered as he looked at the criss-crossing beams. There was no way he was going to get through all of those. He grabbed a small remote control and pushed a couple of buttons then he sprayed the can again. The beams were gone. He had one minute to get the system back online before the back up system kicked in. He quickly made his way to where the necklace was stashed. He removed it from its case then placed the case back. He swiftly went back to where he was and turned back on the security system. He waited for a moment and when the alarms didn’t sound off, he was able to breathe a sigh of relief. He climbed back up the rope then unhooked it placing it back into his pack. He was almost there. This is where most thieves get caught, hurrying from the scene of the crime.

He had very little time before the sleeping agent wore off on the guard. He removed the dart from the guard’s shoulder. He grabbed the shot glass from his back which had been carefully poured and stored in a spill proof container.

“To you, Dad,” Hunter said as he lifted the glass. He set the glass down by the guard then hurried and ran across the roof jumping in the same spot.

“What the fuck?” Jody said when she caught a glimpse of the shadowy figure running across the roof of the jewelry store. She quickly climbed out of her car and hurried over to the store. She didn’t think and only reacted. She ran down the alley that separated the two buildings. She didn’t bother to alarm the guards. There was no time. She wasn’t impressed that the guards didn’t move from their stations.

  “Geez.” She rolled her eyes.

As she rounded the corner she spotted the man dressed all in black.

“Stop! Put your hands up!” She pulled her gun out and took aim at the man running away. She couldn’t shoot anyone in the back. She ran after the man, but he was very fast and she found herself unable to keep up.

“Damn it!” she yelled. Once she caught her breath, she went back to the jewelry store.

“Didn’t any of you see that man?” she scolded the guards.

When she entered the store she could see where the thief had entered. She went to the roof-access stairway where she found the unconscious guard. She checked his pulse and was relieved to see he was only sleeping and not hurt. Her blood began to boil when she saw the shot glass by the guard’s chair.

“Oh, goddamn it!” she yelled. She was so close, so fucking close to capturing Black Velvet. At least she knew that Black Velvet was a man and a well-built man, judging by the way he filled out the black jumpsuit. She called Linda and told her what happened. Her only consolation was the fact that she was right about Black Velvet targeting this store.

Hunter stopped when he was certain he had lost Jody. He felt weak in his legs. He was so close to getting caught. He slipped into an alley and changed into his jeans and T-shirt. He stuffed his jumpsuit into his backpack.

; “That was too close.”

He took out the necklace and smiled. Allison would be set for awhile now. She will even be able to move into a bigger and better home. He already had a buyer for the necklace. He went straight to his buyer and was happy to feel the money in his hands. Tomorrow he will take Allison house hunting and whatever was left he would give her.

One thing was certain about, he would have to remember not to underestimate Jody again. He couldn’t believe she spotted him. He was so careful not to get in her line of vision. It had to be when he got the running start to jump the building. Even still, that was what ... a few seconds? Damn, she was good and she was persistent. Thank goodness, he was faster than her and that she didn’t shoot him.

He found himself thinking about her as he made his way back to the Alcazar. It wasn’t the fact she almost caught him that he was thinking about, oh no, it was her sweet face, her soft body, and that voice, mmm, his cock started to get hard. He found himself hoping she was coming out this weekend to see him dance.

  Chapter Seven

“Why the hell didn’t you shoot him?” one of the male officers asked.

“I’m not shooting anyone who’s running away from me.”

“I would have shot him at least in the leg,” the man replied.

  “Well that’s you.”

“Don’t pay him any attention,” Linda said as she glared at the male officer. “I wouldn’t have shot him either.”

“That’s women for you.” The man walked away.

“At least you were right,” Linda said. “Plus, now we know Black Velvet is a man.”

“Yeah, but the boss wasn’t thrilled that Black Velvet got away.”

“Of course he is not. We will get Black Velvet next time. You are getting good at predicting his next move.”

“I should have gotten him. If only I would have seen him sooner.”

“Don’t beat yourself up over it. I know, let’s go to the Pleasure Alcazar tomorrow.”

“I don’t know. I think that damn dancer is why I wasn’t my best last night.”

“Oh I see. You were daydreaming about Hunter.”

“Yeah, I was. I don’t know what the hell is wrong with me.”
