Only black alchemists use this discipline.

Mannismechanallurgy – Peformed by Black Guild alchemists and sometimes by White Alchemists, it has come to be associated more with Black Alchemy, the black form of it characterizing inhumane and cruel experiments on humans. In Black Alchemy, Man is seen purely as a machine to be worked upon, changed and formed under the absolute will and desire of the alchemist.
