  Gorgeous Banana Chips

  Ingredients:

  2 bananas

  1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  1 teaspoon fresh orange juice

  Directions:

  Peel the bananas and slice them.

  Place the sliced bananas on the air fryer rack and sprinkle with the ground cinnamon and fresh orange juice.

  Cook the banana chip for 15 minutes at 360 F. You can turn them into another side during cooking.

  Directions:

  Place the eggs in the air fryer and cook them for 16 minutes at 250 F.

  Meanwhile, blend the spinach until smooth and place in the bowl.

  Add olive oil and chili flakes and stir the mixture.

  When the eggs are cooked – chill them in ice water and peel.

  Cut the eggs into halves and spread every halve with the spinach mixture.

  Ingredients:

  1/3 cup walnuts

  ¼ cup almonds

  2 tablespoons olive oil

  1 tablespoon dried rosemary

  Directions:

  Place the walnuts, nuts, and almonds in the air fryer basket.

  Cook the nuts for 4 minutes at 365 F.

  After this, sprinkle the nuts with the olive oil and dried rosemary.

  Stir the nuts well and cook them for 5 minutes more at 360 F. Stir the nuts every 2 minutes.

  Then chill the nuts mix well and serve!

  Place the chips on the air fryer rack and sprinkle with the turmeric.

  Directions:

  Cut the nori sheets into the chips.

  Combine together the water, olive oil, and salt.

  Add the sesame seeds and stir the mixture.

  Brush the nori sheets with the oil mixture well.

  Place the nori on the air fryer rack and cook them for 3 minutes at 380 F.

  When the time is over – chill the seaweed chips and serve!

  Directions:

  Peel the eggplants and chop them into the small pieces.

  Place the eggplants in the air fryer basket.

  Add water and cook the vegetables for 10 minutes at 400 F.

  Then place the eggplants in the blender.

  Blend them well and transfer to the bowl.

  Add minced garlic, tahini, avocado oil, and olive oil.

  Stir the mixture until homogenous and smooth.

  1 teaspoon tahini

  Directions:

  Peel the kabocha squash and chop it.

  Place the chopped squash in the air fryer basket.

  Add garlic clove, salt, and ground paprika.

  Cook the kabocha squash for 15 minutes at 390 F.

  Then transfer the squash in the blender and blend until smooth.

  Put the blended mixture in the bowl and add olive oil and tahini.

  Stir the mixture and serve!

  ¼ teaspoon ground cumin

  ½ teaspoon cilantro, dried

  ½ teaspoon oregano, dried

  Directions:

  Place the pumpkin seeds in the air fryer basket.

  Add olive oil, thyme ground cumin, dried cilantro, and oregano.

  Stir the seeds and cook them for 10 minutes at 350 F. Stir the seeds every 3 minutes.

  Serve the cooked pumpkin seeds warm or chilled.

  Skew Brussel sprouts in the skewers and place in the air fryer basket.

  Cook Brussel sprout for 15 minutes at 370 F.

  When the appetizer is cooked – let it chill little and serve!

  1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped

  1/3 teaspoon salt

  Directions:

  Mix up together the ground chicken and grated sweet potato.

  Add almond flour and minced garlic.

  Then add chopped fresh dill and salt.

  Stir the mixture until smooth and homogenous.

  Make the small poppers and place them in the air fryer basket.

  Add olive oil and cook the chicken poppers for 10 minutes at 360 F. Stir the poppers time to time.

  Serve the cooked chicken poppers and enjoy!

  Directions:

  Add sliced sweet potato and salt.

  Then sprinkle the ingredients with the olive oil.

  Cook the sweet potato circles for 15 minutes at 380 F.

  Stir the sweet potato circles after 6 minutes of cooking.

  When the meal is cooked – let it chill little and serve!

  Add grated zucchini and carrot.

  Pour the olive oil into the air fryer basket.

  Make the medium cutlets from the zucchini mixture and put in the air fryer basket.

  Cook the cutlets for 15 minutes at 380 F. Flip the cutlets after 8 minutes of cooking.

  Chill the cooked zucchini cutlets and serve!

  Meanwhile, mix together the parsley, dill, and olive oil.

  Chop the cherry tomato and add the green mixture.

  Stir the mixture.

  When the eggs are cooked – chill them and peel.

  Cut the eggs into the halves.

  Then place the bacon over the egg halves and add the green mixture.
