  Chop the garlic and add it to the mixture too.

  Stir the spices.

  Brush the Hasselback sweet potatoes with the spice mixture generously.

  Cook the meal for 15 minutes more.

  When the meal is cooked – let it chill little.

  Stuffed Tomatoes

  Ingredients:

  7 oz mushrooms, chopped

  1 teaspoon minced garlic

  1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

  1 onion diced

  2 tomatoes

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  ½ teaspoon chili flakes

  Directions:

  Remove the meat from the tomatoes to make the tomato cups.

  Combine together the chopped mushrooms, minced garlic, fresh dill, diced onion, olive oil, and chili flakes.

  Stir the mixture well.

  Fill the tomato cups with the mushroom mixture and put them in the air fryer.

  Cook the side dish for 15 minutes at 360 F.

  When the tomatoes are cooked – let them rest for 5 minutes and serve!

  Ratatouille Kebabs

  Prep time: 10 minutes

  Ingredients:

  1 eggplant

  1 sweet pepper

  1 zucchini

  1 onion, peeled

  1 tomato

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  ½ teaspoon chili flakes

  ½ teaspoon ground coriander

  ½ teaspoon salt

  Directions:

  Slice the eggplant, zucchini, and onion.

  Cut the sweet pepper and tomato into the squares.

  Skew the vegetables on the skewers.

  Then sprinkle the vegetables with the olive oil, chili flakes, ground coriander, and salt.

  Put the kebabs in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes at 360 F.

  Then transfer the cooked kebabs on the serving plate gently.

  Air Fryer Mushrooms with Garlic and Chives

  Ingredients:

  1-pound mushrooms, chopped

  2 white onions, chopped

  3 garlic cloves, chopped

  1 oz chives, chopped

  ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  Directions:

  Put the chopped mushrooms in the air fryer basket.

  Add chopped onion and garlic clove.

  Then sprinkle the vegetables with the chopped cilantro and olive oil.

  Stir the vegetables and cook for 10 minutes at 370 F. Stir the vegetables every 3 minutes.

  Then transfer the cooked mushrooms in the bowls and sprinkle with chives.

  Serve!

  Thyme Mushrooms and Carrot Bowl

  Ingredients:

  1 cup baby carrot

  8 oz mushrooms, sliced

  1 teaspoon thyme

  1 teaspoon salt

  1 cup chicken stock

  1 teaspoon chili flakes

  1 teaspoon coconut oil

  Place the baby carrot in the air fryer basket.

  Add thyme, salt, and chili flakes.

  Cook the baby carrot for 10 minutes at 380 F.

  Then add the sliced mushrooms and coconut oil.

  Stir it well and cook the vegetables for 10 minutes more at 370 F.

  Stir the vegetables after 5 minutes of cooking.

  Chill the cooked side dish and enjoy!

  Sesame Mushroom Slices

  Ingredients:

  1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  1 tablespoon avocado oil

  14 oz mushrooms, sliced

  1 teaspoon chili flakes

  ¼ teaspoon ground paprika

  Directions:

  Put the sliced mushrooms in the air fryer basket.

  Add chili flakes and ground paprika.

  Then add avocado oil and stir the mushrooms.

  Cook the mushrooms for 4 minutes at 400 F. Stir the mushrooms after 2 minutes of cooking.

  Sprinkle the mushrooms with the sesame seeds and stir well.

  Cook the mushrooms for 2 minutes more at the same temperature.

  Serve the mushrooms immediately!

  Popcorn Mushrooms

  Ingredients:

  16 oz mushrooms

  2 tablespoons almond flour

  2 tablespoons water

  ½ teaspoon minced garlic

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  ¼ teaspoon chili flakes

  Directions:

  Mix up together the almond flour, water, minced garlic, and chili flakes in the bowl.

  Stir the mixture.

  Coat the mushrooms with the almond flour mixture.

  Spray the olive oil inside the air fryer basket.

  Put the mushrooms and cook them for 10 minutes at 365 F.

  Stir the mushrooms every 2 minutes.

  Serve the cooked popcorn mushrooms only hot!

  Leek Saute

  Ingredients:

  10 oz leek, chopped

  8 oz mushrooms, chopped

  1 shallot, chopped

  2 teaspoons olive oil

  ¼ teaspoon salt

  ½ teaspoon chili flakes

  Directions:

  Put the chopped mushrooms in the air fryer basket.

  Add olive oil and salt.

  Then sprinkle the mushrooms with the chili flakes and stir well.

  Cook the mushrooms for 5 minutes at 365 F.

  Stir the mushrooms and add chopped shallot and leek.

  Stir the vegetables.

  Continue to cook the vegetables for 10 minutes more at 360 F.

  Stir the vegetable time to time.

  When all the ingredients are soft – the meal is cooked.

  Cauliflower Balls

  Ingredients:

  10 oz cauliflower

  2 eggs

  3 tablespoons almond flour

  ½ teaspoon salt

  ½ teaspoon ground paprika

  1 teaspoon turmeric

  1 tablespoon avocado oil

  Directions:

  Chop the cauliflower and place it in the blender.

  Blend the cauliflower until smooth.

  Add salt, paprika, and turmeric.

  Blend the mixture well.

  Then beat the eggs in the mixture and pulse it for 1 minute more.

  After this, make the medium balls from the cauliflower mixture and spray them with the avocado oil.

  Put the cauliflower balls in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes at 400 F.

  Stir the balls time to time.

  Serve the cooked
cauliflower balls immediately!

  Pumpkin Cubes with Ground Ginger

  Ingredients:

  12 oz pumpkin

  1 teaspoon ground ginger

  ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  ½ teaspoon cardamom

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  1 teaspoon water

  Directions:

  Peel the pumpkin and cut it into the cubes.

  Sprinkle the pumpkin cubes with the ground ginger, ground cinnamon, cardamom, olive oil, and water.

  Shake well and leave for 5 minutes.

  Then transfer the pumpkin and all the remaining liquid in the air fryer basket.

  Cook the pumpkin for 10 minutes at 400 F. Stir it time to time.

  Serve the cooked pumpkin immediately!

  Red Potato Mash with Nuts

  4 red potatoes

  1 teaspoon avocado oil

  ¼ teaspoon salt

  Directions:

  Peel the red potatoes and chop.

  Put the red potatoes in the air fryer basket.

  Add salt and avocado oil.

  Stir it well and cook it 18 minutes at 390 F.

  When the potatoes are cooked – mash them well and combine together with the chicken stock and crushed almonds.

  Stir the red potatoes and serve!

  Broccoli-Cabbage Fritters

  Ingredients:

  8 oz broccoli

  7 oz cabbage, shredded

  2 egg

  3 tablespoons almond flour

  ½ teaspoon salt

  1 teaspoon ground paprika

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  1 tablespoon dill, chopped

  Directions:

  Chop the broccoli into the small pieces.

  Mix up together the chopped broccoli and shredded cabbage.

  Beat the eggs in the mixture.

  Add almond flour, salt, ground paprika, and chopped dill.

  Stir the mixture well and make the small fritters with the help of the hands.

  Pour the olive oil into the air fryer and add the fritters.

  Cook the fritters for 6 minutes from each side at 370 F.

  Chill the cooked fritters little and serve!

  Wrapped Asparagus

  Ingredients:

  12 oz asparagus

  7 oz bacon, sliced

  1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  Directions:

  Wrap the asparagus in the sliced bacon.

  Then sprinkle the asparagus with the olive oil and ground black pepper.

  Transfer the asparagus to the air fryer basket.

  Cook the asparagus for 5 minutes at 400 F. Stir the asparagus after 2 minutes of cooking.

  Serve the cooked vegetables only hot!

  2 onions, chopped

  1 teaspoon olive oil

  1 teaspoon salt

  ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

  1 teaspoon ground paprika

  1 tablespoon chives

  3 garlic cloves, chopped

  Directions:

  Slice the sweet potatoes and sprinkle them with the almond flour, turmeric, olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, ground paprika, and garlic.

  Stir the vegetables and place them in the air fryer basket by layers.

  Then add chop onions and chives.

  Pour the almond milk over the vegetables.

  Cook the side dish for 30 minutes at 360 F.

  When the side dish is cooked – chill it for 10 minutes.

  Serve!

  Red Apple Chips

  Directions:

  Cut the apples into the halves and remove the seeds.

  Then slice the apples and sprinkle with the ground cinnamon.

  Place the apple slices on the air fryer rack and cook them for 10 minutes at 360 F.

  When the apple chips are cooked chill them little and keep in the paper bags.

  Directions:

  Cut the sweet potatoes into the shape of the french fries.

  Sprinkle the sweet potatoes with the ground black pepper and salt.

  Then sprinkle the sweet potatoes with olive oil and stir well.

  Put the sweet potato in the air fryer basket and cook them for 8 minutes at 400 F. Flip the french fries into another side after 4 minutes of cooking.

  Chill the french fries and serve!
