  Strawberry Pavlova

  Prep time: 20 minutes

  Cooking time: 3 hours

  Servings: 6

  Ingredients:8 egg whites

  2 cup white sugar

  5 tablespoon corn flour

  1 cup strawberry

  1 cup whipped cream

  ¼ teaspoon lemon juice

  Directions:

  Whisk the egg whites until you get the strong peaks.

  Then add the white sugar and continue to whisk the egg whites for 1 minute more.

  After this, add the corn flour and lemon juice.

  Mix the mixture carefully.

  Then put the parchment in the slow cooker bowl.

  Pour the egg white mixture into the slow cooker.

  Close the lid and cook “Pavlova” for 3 hours on HIGH.

  Meanwhile, wash the strawberries and chop them.

  When the egg white crust is cooked – chill it well and only after this transfer in the serving plate.

  Spread it with the whipped cream carefully.

  Then cover the cake with the chopped strawberries.

  Taste it!

  Blueberry Bread Pudding

  Prep time: 20 minutes

  Cooking time: 4 hours

  Servings: 7

  Ingredients:10 oz white French bread

  1 cup milk

  4 eggs

  ½ cup sugar

  3 tablespoon prunes

  ½ cup blueberries

  1 tablespoon almond flour

  1 teaspoon cornstarch

  2 tablespoon cream cheese

  1 teaspoon butter

  1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  Directions:

  Chop the prunes.

  Combine the blueberries with the sugar and blend them carefully.

  Then chop white French bread and toss it in the slow cooker vessel.

  Beat the eggs in the mixer bowl and whisk them.

  Add the whisked eggs in the slow cooker.

  Then sprinkle the bread with the blended blueberries.

  Chop the prunes.

  Add the chopped prunes in the slow cooker.

  After this, add the almond flour, cornstarch, cream cheese, butter, and vanilla extract.

  Mix the bread mixture with the wooden spatula to make it homogenous and close the lid.

  Cook the pudding for 4 hours on HIGH.

  When the blueberry bread pudding is cooked – chill it fully.

  Then discard it from the slow cooker vessel and serve.

  Cocoa Bars

  Prep time: 25 minutes

  Cooking time: 3.5 hours

  Servings: 8

  Ingredients:1 cup cocoa

  1 cup flour

  1 cup butter

  1 teaspoon baking powder

  1 tablespoon lime juice

  2 teaspoon lemon zest

  ½ cup pecan, crushed

  ¼ teaspoon olive oil

  2 tablespoon dried apricots, chopped

  Directions:

  Combine the cocoa, flour, baking powder, lemon zest, crushed pecans, and chopped dried apricots in the bowl.

  Melt the butter to make it soft.

  Add the melted butter and lime juice in the cocoa mixture.

  Make the soft but non-sticky dough – knead it with the help of the hands.

  Then wrap the dough in the plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for 10 minutes.

  When the dough became little bit solid – remove it from the fridge and roll in the shape of the slow cooker bowl surface.

  Cover the slow cooker bowl with baking paper.

  Put the prepared cocoa dough in the slow cooker and cut it into the bars with the help of the knife.

  Then close the slow cooker lid.

  Cook the cocoa bars for 3.5 hours on HIGH.

  Check if the cocoa bars are cooked and remove them from the slow cooker gently to not damage them.

  Serve the cocoa bars warm with milk.

  Peach Caramel

  Prep time: 20 minutes

  Cooking time: 2.5 hours

  Servings: 5

  Ingredients:1 cup peach, pitted

  1 cup sugar, brown

  1 tablespoon butter

  ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  4 tablespoon white sugar

  Directions:

  Peel the peaches and chop them.

  Blend the peaches to get the puree.

  Combine the peach puree with the brown sugar.

  Stir it carefully.

  Put the peach mixture in the slow cooker bowl.

  Add the white sugar and cinnamon.

  Cook the mixture on HIGH for 30 minutes.

  When the sweet mixture starts to melt – add the butter.

  Whisk it carefully and continue to cook the caramel on LOW for 2 hours more.

  Stir it every 15 minutes.

  When the caramel is cooked – it will have the thick but gentle texture.

  Chill it to the room temperature and serve.

  Apples with Granola Filling

  Prep time: 18 minutes

  Cooking time: 5 hours

  Servings: 5

  Ingredients:½ cup granola

  5 apples

  3 tablespoon cream cheese

  2 tablespoon sugar

  1 egg

  2 tablespoon coconut flakes

  1 teaspoon butter

  ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  1 tablespoon raisins

  Directions:

  Cut the apple hats and remove the flesh from the apples.

  Combine the granola, cream cheese, sugar, coconut flakes, butter, vanilla extract, and raisins together in the bowl.

  Beat the egg in the granola mixture and mix it up.

  Then fill the apples with the granola mixture and cover the apples with the apple hats.

  Put the apples in the slow cooker and close the lid.

  Cook the apples on LOW for 5 hours.

  When the apples are cooked – open the lid and chill them.

  Transfer the chilled apples with granola filling in the plates.

  Taste it!

  Orange Upside down Cake

  Ingredients:3 oranges

  6 oz butter, unsalted

  1 teaspoon ground ginger

  ½ cup sugar

  4 eggs, beaten

  3 cup flour

  1 cup skim milk

  1 teaspoon baking powder

  1 teaspoon vinegar

  ½ teaspoon sesame oil

  Directions:

  Peel the oranges and slice them.

  Combine the unsalted butter with the sugar, beaten eggs, flour, skim milk, baking powder, and vinegar.

  Use the hand mixer to make the homogeneous liquid dough.

  Spray the slow cooker vessel with the sesame oil and make the layer of the sliced oranges.

  Then pour the prepared liquid dough in the slow cooker and close the lid.

  Cook the cake for 4 hours on HIGH.

  Check if it is cooked – and put the prepared cake upside down on the serving plate.

  Chill it well.

  Slice the prepared orange cake and serve it.

  Oatmeal Crumble

  Ingredients:1 cup oatmeal

  1 cup pears

  1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

  2 tablespoon butter

  3 tablespoon almond flour

  4 tablespoon raisins

  ¼ teaspoon turmeric

  1/3 cup water

  Directions:

  Chop the pears and combine them with the oatmeal.

  Stir it and add the salt and white sugar.

  After this, add the ground cinnamon and almond flour.

  Sprinkle the mixture with the raisins and turmeric.

  Mix it up with the help of the spoon.

  Then chop the butter and put it in the slow cooker vessel.

  After this, put the oatmeal mixture.

  Add water and stir it gently.

  Close the slow cooker lid and cook the crumble on LOW for 4 hours.

  After this, mix the crumble carefully with the spoon and cook it for 1 hour more on HIGH.

  Transfer the prepared crumble in the serving bowls.

  Serve it warm. Never serve the crumble cold – it will not have a pleasant taste.

  Brewed Coffee Pie

  Prep time: 20 minutes

  Cooking time: 6 hours

  Ingredients:4 tablespoons brewed coffee

  2 cup flour

  2 eggs

  1 cup almond milk

  1 teaspoon baking powder

  1 tablespoon instant coffee

  1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  1 teaspoon lemon juice

  1 cup sour cream

  4 tablespoon sugar

  ½ cup sugar, brown

  2 kiwi

  Directions:

  Beat the eggs in the mixer bowl and mix them.

  Add the brewed coffee and baking powder.

  Then add the lemon juice, sour cream, and brown sugar.

  Mix the mixture with the kneader.

  Cover the slow cooker bowl with the parchment.

  When the mass is homogeneous - transfer it to slow cooker and close the lid.

  Cook the pie for 6 hours on LOW.

  Meanwhile, combine the cocoa powder and instant coffee together. Stir the dry mixture.

  Peel the kiwi and mash them with the help of the fork.

  When the pie is cooked – remove it from the slow cooker and spread the surface with the smashed kiwi mixture.

  Then sprinkle it with the instant coffee mixture.

  Cut the pie into pieces and serve it immediately.

  Taste it!

  Vanilla Cream Pie

  Prep time: 25 minutes

  Ingredients:2 cup cream

  ½ cup white sugar

  6 eggs

  1 teaspoon butter

  1 cup flour

  1 cup whipped cream

  2 bananas

  1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  Directions:

  Combine the cream with the white sugar.

  Beat the eggs in the cream mixture and whisk it well.

  Then add flour and butter.

  Sprinkle the mixture with the vanilla extract and mix it up with the help of the hand mixer.

  When you get the batter – pour it into the slow cooker bowl.

  Close the lid and cook the pie for 7 hours on LOW.

  Meanwhile, slice the bananas and combine them with the whipped cream.

  Stir the cream mixture until homogenous.

  When the cream pie is cooked – let it chill very well.

  Cut the cream pie into 2 parts crosswise and spread every part of the pie with the whipped cream mixture.

  Then connect to parts of the pie and slice it into the serving parts.

  Ingredients:9 oz graham cookies

  1 cup lemon juice

  ¼ cup sugar

  3 tablespoon butter

  1 tablespoon cornstarch

  1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1 tablespoon caster sugar

  4 egg yolks

  1 egg

  ¼ teaspoon baking spray

  Directions:

  Crush the graham cookies gently and put them in the blender.

  Add the butter and blend it until you get the homogenous dough.

  Then whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and caster sugar.

  Add the vanilla extract and beat the egg in the mixture.

  Whisk it until homogeneous and add the lemon juice and the cornstarch. Stir it one more time.

  Put the prepared lemon mixture in the slow cooker and cook it on LOW for 3 hours.

  Stir it every 10 minutes.

  When the mixture is thick – it is cooked.

  Meanwhile, cover the square form with the plastic wrap and put the graham cookies dough there.

  Flatten it well to make the flat crust.

  When the lemon mixture is cooked – chill it well.

  Pour the lemon mixture over the cookies crust and put the pie in the fridge.

  Chill it for 25 minutes.

  Then cut the dish into the bars and serve.

  Chopped Strawberry Pie

  Prep time: 30 minutes

  Cooking time: 7 hours

  Servings: 8

  Ingredients:1 cup butter

  1 cup flour

  ½ cup sugar

  1 cup strawberry

  4 tablespoon sugar, brown

  1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  2 tablespoon almond flour

  1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  Directions:

  Cut the butter and combine it with the flour. Use the hands for this step.

  Then add the almond flour and ground cinnamon.

  Mix it well to get the homogeneous not sticky dough.

  Wrap the dough in the plastic wrap and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

  Meanwhile, chop the strawberries and put them in the blender.

  Add the sugar and brown sugar.

  Then add the vanilla extract and blend the strawberries until they have the texture of the jam.

  When the time is passed – remove the dough from the freezer and chop it into the tiny pieces.

  Then separate the chopped dough into 2 parts.

  Put the first part of the dough in the slow cooker.

  Then cover it with the strawberry blended mixture.

  After this, add the second part of the chopped dough and close the lid.

  Cook the pie for 7 hours on LOW.

  When the pie is cooked – chill it carefully and slice.

  Enjoy!

  Citron Bars

  Ingredients:6 tablespoon sugar

  9 tablespoon butter

  7 oz lemon curd

  1 tablespoon lemon zest

  ¼ teaspoon olive oil

  1 large egg

  1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  Directions:

  Melt the butter until it is soft but not liquid.

  Combine the soft butter with the flour and sugar.

  Add lemon zest and beat the large egg.

  After this, sprinkle it the mixture with the vanilla extract and stir it.

  When the mixture starts to be homogenous – start to knead the dough with the help of the hands.

  When the dough is done – roll it in the shape of the surface of the slow cooker bowl.

  Then spray the slow cooker vessel with
the olive oil inside.

  Put the prepared dough in the slow cooker bowl.

  Then spread the dough with the lemon curd and close the slow cooker lid.

  Cook the citron mixture for 4 hours on HIGH.

  After this, stir it carefully and discard it from the slow cooker vessel.

  Cut the prepared dough into the bars.

  Ingredients:1-pound sweet apples

  ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

  Directions:

  Peel the apples and chop the fruits into the small pieces.

  Then put the apples in the slow cooker vessel.

  Sprinkle the fruits with the white sugar and add the cinnamon stick.

  After this, add salt and ground ginger.

  Do not stir the mixture and close the slow cooker.

  Cook the apples on HIGH for 3 hours.

  Stir it every 30 minutes.

  After this, blend the apples until you get the buttery texture of the mass.

  Close the slow cooker lid again and cook it on LOW for 3 hours more.

  When the apple butter is cooked – it has light brown color.

  Chill the apple butter well and enjoy it.
