His Curvy Surprise (Alpha Colorado Firefighters Book 4)

I aimed my throbbing iron rod straight out toward her eyes as she sat up. With precise movements, she tried to center the circle over my head, which dripped of precum.
I laughed. “You don’t have to get it centered.”
She let out a nervous chuckle. Her fingers trembled as she started to unroll the condom.
“Here,” I said. “Pinch the reservoir tip so it doesn’t fill with air.”
Her sweet fingers rolled it down the rest of my shaft. “Be gentle,” she said as she laid back and closed her eyes.
“Open your eyes,” I said. “I want to stare into them as I enter you.”
“Why are you fingering me?” Alyssa asked. “I want you now.”
“I’m making sure you’re ready. It’ll feel a lot better if you relax more. You’re soaking wet, which will help a lot.” Her grip around my fingers relaxed a bit as I thrust my fingers in and out and played with her clit.
“Oh, that’s it Cody. That spot right there.”
“I want to feel you come around my cock,” I said, pulling my fingers out.
“I’m ready.”
I positioned myself at her entrance and pushed just my head inside, then pressed another inch or two, rocking back and forth. “How does that feel?”
“Okay,” Alyssa nodded. She’d had multiple fingers and who knows what else up there so it was no surprise she could handle a bit of me. The question was how deep could I go without hurting her, and then how hard could I go. My balls ached to slam into her with abandon, but I held back.
“You’re so wet,” I said before going another couple inches. Alyssa winced. “Are you okay?”
“Yes,” she said between ragged breaths. “Just a short stab of pain, no biggie.”
“Tell me if it gets to be too much,” I said.
“I’m good now,” she said.
The last thing I ever thought I’d see in the world was my cock going in and out of Alyssa’s sweet tight pussy.
It’s crazy how fate works.

I couldn’t count how many times I saw Cody play the role of protector already that weekend. The way he treated me at the resort, and helped that old woman on the highway, and swore to protect me at my house—all combined to make me trust him.
I trusted him enough to allow him to be my first. As he shoved his huge cock deeper with each thrust, the mild pain gave way to a sensation of being ‘full’.
It was a strange sensation having him inside, wrapped in a condom, poking my deepest area. I’m sure this will get closer to being ‘mind-blowing’ the more times I do this.
My mind was too preoccupied with analyzing the act to get really into it. But having Cody on top of me, his massive body heaving and thrusting made me happy I was there and nowhere else.
I got more into the act when Cody began to rub my clit with his fingers while thrusting in and out at a slow, gentle rhythm. “Oh, damn, right there,” I called out as the tension escalated. I closed my eyes and rode the waves of my orgasm. The sensation of being wrapped around Cody’s thick cock made my spasms seem stronger than usual.
“Oh, that’s hot, baby, I’m getting close,” he said with urgency.
“Bang it out,” I said. I prepared to feel pain, but it wasn’t too excruciating as he began to pound hard and fast.
I felt his ass cheeks clench as his cock spurted deep inside me and he shouted undecipherable words in pleasure. When his shudders and breathing slowed, he rolled off me to the side.
I stared at the ceiling in disbelief at what happened moments earlier. Out of all the men in the world, I gave my v-card to Cody Kendrick. He had grown up to be the man I only fantasized about having.
“How was that?” Cody asked. I glanced at the condom still clinging to his junk and noticed only a bit of blood on it.
“Uncomfortable at first but pretty fucking good after that,” I said.
“You’re so fucking hot,” Cody said. “You’re mine now.”
I rubbed his hard abs as we stared at each other in silence. His strong hands caressed and massaged my back as I leaned into him. After ten minutes of cuddling, the used condom had slipped off and his cock grew hard again. Cody gave me a suggestive look and nodded toward his ready soldier.
“Cody,” I said, smacking him on the chest. “You’re gonna wear yourself out before your training tomorrow morning.”
“Look at this body,” Cody said. “I have stamina along with the muscles.”
We had sex again, with Cody letting me be on top. With me being in control of most of the movements, it felt a lot better than the first time around. After we both had another orgasm, we collapsed onto each other and took a short nap.
Upon waking, I was starving. “I have a few things in the kitchen. I’ll whip up a small meal for us,” I said.
“You cook, too? Sounds great,” Cody said.
After we cleaned off and put our clothes back on, Cody followed me to the kitchen. I glanced in the refrigerator. “Okay, we have two options—I can chop a few things and make tacos, or do breakfast for dinner. Eggs, pancakes, and toast.”
“Both?” Cody asked.
I put my hand on my hip and laughed. “That’s a no.”
“Tacos sound good,” Cody said.
After I gathered the vegetables from the fridge and closed the door, Cody stood and perused the magnets and other things I had hanging on it. I heard him muttering to himself as I began to chop the tomatoes.
“What are you saying over there?” I asked.
Cody had a worried expression. He pointed at a clipping from the newspaper from the press conference where my father was announced as the new fire chief. “Marzon. Chief Marzon.” He pointed at me. “Alyssa Marzon.” Cody’s mouth dropped. “Is he your dad?”
“Um, yeah, why?”
“He’s my new chief. I’m in his unit starting tomorrow.”
My stomach threatened to empty its contents as the ramifications hit me. The conversation during a recent family dinner echoed in my head:
I was eating with my father and his new wife, Rachel. They were over-the-top in love, it was almost sickening.
Rachel went on and on about how hot firefighters are and how happy she was she snagged the best one of them all. I joked that my number one goal in life was to get one of my own.
My father gave one of his laughs where I couldn’t tell if he was joking or serious. “Stay away from my men, Alyssa.”
“What do you mean?” I asked.
“They don’t need the distraction. Plus, if one of them hurt you, I’d have to kick one of my own men’s ass.”
I didn’t think much else of Dad’s comment. What were the chances I’d get a firefighter to want me?
“Alyssa?” Cody asked. “What’s going on? You look like you saw a ghost.”
“Cody, we can’t do this.” I shook my head and avoided eye contact.
“What do you mean?”
“We can’t be together. You work for my father.”
“So?”
“He’d kill both of us,” I said. “He warned me to not go after any of his guys.”
“Are you sure he wasn’t joking? A lot of fathers say things like that in jest, protecting their daughter.”
“My father is intense. You’ll find that out starting tomorrow.”
“You expect me to walk out of here now and forget about you being my woman?” Cody asked.
I didn’t know whether to cry or vomit, so I did neither and shoved my feelings aside. “We have to forget this weekend happened, Cody. If you want to realize any of your career aspirations.”
Cody wrapped his arms around my waist. “I want it all. I’ll get where I want to be and take you with me.”
“God, I can’t believe they assigned you to my father’s station. No, he won’t stand for this. Just go now, Cody, it’ll be easier for both of us.”
“I can take care of your father.”
“No,” I said. “As chief, he can ruin you befo
re your career gets off the ground.”
“Fine, I’ll leave.” Cody grabbed his bags and left without another word. After turning off the stove burner, I collapsed to the floor, crying with a spatula in hand.
I finally met a person I could give my heart to and fate threw a cruel twist. I would not let such an awesome man ruin his goals over me.
The only positive spin—I could submit his photo to the charity with the others for the calendar. It didn’t matter what Cody thought about it anymore, unless he convinced the charity to drop his image.
I prepped the photos from the shoot in a numbed state for the rest of the evening. After showering the Cody smell off me, I burned candles to get his scent out of the air. I had enough harsh reminders when I had to stare at his hot face and body when editing the files.
I didn’t even care how I would get my car that week. Fuck my car and my life right now.

Cody
After letting down my defenses and allowing myself to be vulnerable with a woman, she shat on what could be a perfect thing. I offered to be everything—her protector, provider, anything she needed.
My thoughts were elsewhere as recruit orientation began on Monday. Even worse, I couldn’t help but harbor ill feelings as I interacted with Chief Marzon. I knew it shouldn’t be that way. If I got my desire with his daughter, he could be my father-in-law someday.
My mood relaxed as the first day went on. I put on a great outward appearance, making a great first impression with all the leaders and my fellow recruits. It felt amazing to forge a new relationship with my brothers and sisters at the firehouse.
After an exhausting first day of training, Chief Marzon pulled me aside. “Kendrick, don’t tell the others, but I’ve got my eye on you.”
My brain went to the image of myself in the bed of his daughter, watching her beautiful face as her orgasm gripped and pulsed around my cock. “How so, sir?”
“I know we’re only one day into this, but I’m very impressed by what I see in you so far. I’ve been around a lot of recruits, and you seem to have that rare ‘it’ factor.” He slapped me on the back. “Keep it up, and you’ll be leading recruits someday.”
A sense of pride washed over me. “Thank you, sir. I’ll give it my all.”
As I ate Chinese takeout alone on my couch that evening, I pined for the tacos that I never got to eat at Alyssa’s house. But perhaps she was right—being with her would hurt my career. Her father already had his eye on me. I didn’t want to lose his good graces.
Maybe if I moved on someday to another station, or Chief Marzon got promoted elsewhere, I could reconnect with Alyssa. If it were up to me, I’d throw away everything to make her my woman. But she was insistent. It was her idea to call things off.
The next morning, I showed up for training, ready to rock it again. I did my best to push thoughts of Alyssa aside and focus on becoming the best firefighter Denver ever saw.
With all of us recruits assembled in the conference room, our lieutenant fired up the projector. “Chief Marzon would like to start with a special presentation.” Before she got the last word out, she began to laugh and turned around to hide it.
Chief walked in with a huge grin and extra pep in his step. “Good morning, recruits. Let’s start today with a fun little surprise.” He walked up to the podium and pressed a button. Milliseconds later, my face began to burn while everyone else in the room laughed. On the huge-ass screen in front of the room beamed a photo of me, wearing nothing but jeans, flexing with an ax with my foot on a hydrant. The look on my face in the photo said something like ‘baby, you know you want this’.
How in the fuck did he get that photo? Did Alyssa give it to him?
Upon closer inspection, I saw the image was posted to a social media site by the charity who put out the calendar. It was part of a series of teaser photos, getting followers excited about the upcoming release. I had no right to be upset, after agreeing to the whole thing. Alyssa was in her right to submit the photos, especially after the way we ended things.
“Looking sexy, Kendrick,” a recruit punched me on the shoulder.
“Sign me up for that calendar,” another said.
Okay, Chief, you can take that picture down now.
After what seemed like an eternity, the laughter died down and the real presentation began. The leaders were only trying to have fun by showing the photo and the embarrassment wore off after a few minutes. But I worried that my leadership aspirations could take a hit from the frivolous first impression.
During the lunch break, I manned up and took matters into my own hands. I caught Chief Marzon as he threw away his lunch containers. “Hey, Chief, can I have a few minutes of your time?”
“Sure, let’s go over to my office.”
I sat down across from Chief Marzon’s desk. “Sir, about that photo this morning…”
“Oh, Kendrick, we were just messing with you. Think of it as an initiation.”
“That’s not what bothered me. I played football in college and belonged to a fraternity. I know a little mild hazing of the new guys is typical.”
“So what’s on your mind, recruit?”
“I’m confident I’ll be a leader. But I don’t want things like that calendar to alter others’ perceptions of me.”
“Cody, all that calendar says to me is that you care about the charity and helping families recover after a fire. That, and you hit the gym like a monster.”
“Thank you, sir.” I sighed. It was welcome news that he didn’t look down on the project.
“Is that it?” Chief Marzon asked.
I started to stand, then sat back down. “No, there’s one more thing.”
Chief turned his head to the side. “Go on.”
“This will seem like it’s out of nowhere, but—did you forbid your daughter from dating anyone from your station?”
Chief Marzon cleared his throat and stared at me several seconds too long. “I’ve jokingly told her that. Why are you asking?”
“She was the photographer at the photo shoot.”
“I didn’t know that. I’m surprised she didn’t mention it to me.”
“She was filling in for someone else at the last minute. Anyhow, we hit it off. I’ve got feelings for her, Chief. But when she found out I was starting at this station, she said we can’t pursue things.”
I left out the part where I terrorized Alyssa when we were much younger. Chief Marzon didn’t seem to remember me from her school or the neighborhood before she left to live with her mother.
Chief Marzon sat still, staring into my eyes, planning his answer. “Cody, are you asking for my permission to date my daughter?”
“Yes, sir.”
“Recruit—I love my daughter. She deserves a man who does everything in his power to make her feel like a queen. Is that something you can promise her?”
“Yes.”
“I’d rather she date a recruit such as yourself rather than some random loser. A firefighter is the kind of man I envision her with. But here’s the main issue—if something happened and you two split, it would be career suicide for you.”
“I understand. If I were with your daughter, I’d do everything in my power to make her happy. If I failed, I’d deserve to lose my career aspirations.”
“As long as you understand and accept the risks, and don’t let your relationship interfere with your work here, you have my blessing,” Chief Marzon said.
“Thank you, sir.” We stood and shook hands.
Not much scared me in life. The prospect of disappointing the chief came close. I knew I could be all the man Alyssa needed and more if she would give us a chance.

Alyssa
Thursday snuck up on me. Filled with Netflix and too much baking, the week flew by. I didn’t have any photo shoots for two more days, so I didn’t care that my car was still in the mountains. One of my friends or family members could take me out there later in the day.
I’d
never been so bummed about a guy I’d only spent a couple of days with. Things were different with Cody since I gave all of myself to him. I had solid self-esteem most of the time but I doubted I’d ever get the attention of another man like Cody.
I needed a few staples for the kitchen, so I cleaned up to go to the store. On the way out the door, I set the alarm that Cody’s friend installed Monday morning. It warmed my heart yet saddened me at the same time that he kept his word. I missed out on a solid man because fate put him in my father’s firehouse.
The city bus picked me up at the corner down the block. My favorite grocery store was on the route. Going to the store in the middle of a weekday was awesome because they weren’t busy.
With a grocery bag in each hand, I walked back to my house after being dropped off. As I approached the porch, I noticed a big, yellow manila envelope sticking out of the mailbox.
The stiff package didn’t have a return address. After dropping my bags in the kitchen, I carefully opened the envelope with a knife.
The contents stunned me. I blinked several times, wondering if it was real. Inside the envelope was a certificate that read Spelling Bee Champion—5th Grade, 2005. It had my name in a script font underneath. The craziest part was the design looked exactly like I remembered, even the cartoon bee.
They included a note in the envelope which read: You really should talk to your father more often.
At first, that sounded like something my Dad would write. But I knew the package came from Cody. He actually remembered defacing my certificate. The sweet gesture brought tears to my eyes.
Why does he think I should talk to my father? I knew Cody would’ve been interacting and training at the firehouse all week. What did he know that I didn’t?
I called my father’s office phone, hoping he was on his lunch break. After two rings, he picked up. “Hey, darling.”
