Soon all the Mortal Realm Martial Artists in the Combat Arena started to leave for their homes with sullen expressions. Ryan and his family members in Mortal Realm followed a similar suit, and left for home after collecting the Hell Mantis egg from the custody of the Officials of the Law Enforcement Department. Ryan was informed by one of the Law Enforcement Officials that all the other challengers had withdrawn their challenges for the ownership of the Hell Mantis egg. This was something Ryan was expecting.

Ryan’s cousins that were below the age of ten were all jolly and still laughing as they played around. Ryan’s win was a big thing for them. Now, they could boast about their big brother to their friends. The ones that were above the age of ten were able to understand the gravity of the situation, and just like Ryan and the other members of the Senior generation that were in the Mortal Realm, had fake smiles plastered on their faces, as they didn’t want to spoil the jolly mood of their little brothers and sisters.

Ryan entered a Closed-door Cultivation session right after arriving home. He immediately started cultivating Poison Elemental Laws while Caius purified Poison Elemental Energy for him. He had no intention of wasting his time anymore, as he had already made up his mind to advance his Poison Attribute Soul Core to Mid Mortal Realm.

If there was going to be a war, then there would be no Divine Trials this year. Ryan was certain of that fact, so he decided to use the time that he had as efficiently as possible.

He had also sent messages to Isa and Thorn to be prepared to help him out at short notice to which they’d both readily agreed.

In the Forest of Darkness, Danr and Shana looked at the huge portal that had opened in the skies above. The other inhabitants of the Estate were also looking at the portal while in hiding. They made sure that their Killing intent and Murderous intent wouldn’t leak out of their bodies after seeing their enemies, otherwise even if Brian was helping them to conceal their presence, it would be of no use. They would immediately be detected by the enemy army. The Teleportation portal was at least ten times bigger than normal ones, and such Teleportation portals were generally only used to teleport a large army. It was clear from this action that they would go to any lengths to get Shana.

The inhabitants of the Estate didn’t have to wait for long to get a look at their enemies. An endless number of Immortal Realm Elemental Beasts, Martial Artists and various kinds of Immortal beings flew out of the Teleportation portal. There were currently at least half a million Immortals in the sky staring at Danr and Shana with wicked smiles on their faces. All of them possessed powerful auras which made Shana feel a chill down her spine, but she had full faith in Danr and her other grandpas from the Main branch.

Danr, Sheldon and the other three from the Main branch of Eternity Family Clan had their eyes locked on three people amongst the enemy army. These three were Existences Beyond Immortals, most likely Celestials. They were not sure, though, as their current Cultivation Levels were reduced to Immortal Saint Realm just like theirs, so it was difficult to tell what their actual Cultivation Level was before they’d entered Grandura. They were only able to identify them easily because of their archaic auras which were completely different from those of the rest of the Immortals.

“How did you remove my poison?” one of the three Existences Beyond Immortal in the enemy army asked Danr with a vicious expression on his face. He and his two companions were unable to tell that Danr was also from the Divine Universe, as Brian was concealing his aura using Darkness Elemental Laws. Currently, Danr’s aura was no different from that of an actual Immortal Saint Realm Martial Artist.

“You all belong to which faction?” Danr asked a counter question - without answering the enemy Poison Martial Artist.

“You actually have the guts to question me?” the Poison Attribute Martial Artist roared as poisonous aura erupted out of his body. It was extremely sinister, and the Immortals that had come along with him quickly distanced themselves from him.

“Asco!!! Control your aura,” one of his two companions roared in anger. Asco looked at his companion for a brief moment before he stopped releasing his poisonous aura. He also dispelled his previously released aura with a flick of his hand, and all the Immortals in the enemy army felt relieved when they saw Asco’s aura disappearing.

“Go get the girl,” the person who had rebuked Asco said. A few Immortals in the enemy army nodded as they flew towards Danr and Shana at high speed, but their bodies exploded and turned into bloody mists when they were just a meter or so away from Danr and Shana, as Danr had made a Spatial tear appear inside their bodies which made their bodies explode. He had used very high Level Spatial laws to deal with the Immortals that were charging at him and Shana. His achievements in Spatial Elemental Laws were still unaltered, even if his Cultivation Level had been lowered to Immortal Saint Realm, so his attacks were many times more powerful compared to those of an actual Immortal Saint Realm Martial Artist.

Everyone from the enemy army looked at Danr with stunned expressions, which soon turned into fearful ones, as Danr had just now killed a few Ancestor Level Martial Artists without even lifting his hands. That fact scared the Immortals in the enemy army to the core.

They looked at Asco and his two companions. Asco and his companions were no different from the Immortals in their army, but they recovered more quickly than them. They’d already deduced from Danr’s attack that he was just like them, an Existence Beyond Immortal.

“Why is his aura so similar to that of actual Immortal Saint Realm Martial Artists?” Asco and his two companions couldn’t help but think, as that was the main reason they’d underestimated Danr.

“It seems things are going to get problematic. When did the Main branches of Eternity family and Heaven Sundering Family Clan send someone to Grandura? Shouldn’t they be embroiled in the war with Nebula Sect?” the person who had previously rebuked Asco asked his two companions via Mental-message transmission.

“Gero, what do you think his actual Cultivation Level is?” Asco asked the guy who had rebuked him earlier via Mental-message transmission. He no longer dared to be arrogant as Danr was also an Existence Beyond an Immortal. His actual Cultivation Level could be many times higher than theirs, and if that were so, then their chances of survival were bleak.

“No idea,” Gero said via Mental-message transmission. He’d never expected such a problem would occur when he and his companions had accepted the mission from the higher-ups of his faction to help their faction’s Grandura branch with a few things. He and his companions had been told that they would be top-dogs there, and that the mission could be accomplished easily without them actually having to make a move.

“In the Eternity Family Clan and Heaven Sundering Family Clan’s current situation, I don’t think they would actually send a God Realm Martial Artist to Grandura. The person in front of us is most likely a Celestial Realm Martial Artist just like us, so there is no need to fear him,” their other companion said via a Mental-message transmission to them. Asco and Gero’s eyes brightened after hearing that, as they also found logic in his words.

“Seth, how should we proceed?” Asco and Gero asked in an excited manner via Mental-message transmission.

“Let’s try to strike a deal with him first. If that fails, then we’ll make a move,” Seth said via Mental-message transmission.

“It seems that you are also an Existence Beyond an Immortal,” Seth said as he looked at Danr and Shana with a cruel smile.

“I won’t hide anything from you. We are from Calamity Sect, and today, we will be taking that girl with us at any cost, but in return, we could offer you something good if you don’t make trouble for us,” Seth said, while his gaze was fixed on Shana.

“Doesn’t your Sect’s Main branch know the consequence of making a move on our Grandura branches?” Danr asked in a calm manner. Asco, Seth and Gero suddenly burst into laughter at hearing Danr’s words. Danr looked at them speechlessly, as the Calamity Sect was an A Grade faction in the Di
vine Universe, but one of the weakest A Grade factions at that. Its strength was equivalent to the combined might of Heaven Sundering Family Clan and Eternity Family Clan because of which Calamity Sect always avoided messing with both the Family Clans openly, even though they’d made many moves against them in the shadows.

“What consequences?? The Nebula Sect must have already wiped out the Main branches of your Family Clans by now!” Asco said while he was still laughing. Danr and his four companions from the Main branch had drastic changes in their facial expressions.

Danr activated the Spatial Distortion Formation instantaneously, and a big Spatial rift opened up out of nowhere which caught Asco, Seth, Gero and other members of the Grandura branch of the Calamity Sect off guard. The Spatial rift was like a Black Hole but it only sucked in Seth and his two companions, who had no opportunity to resist at all.

The Immortals in the enemy army didn’t even feel the powerful suction of the Spatial rift, because Danr controlled the suction force of the Spatial rift and focused it only on Seth and his two companions, and closed it soon after.

The enemy army Immortals looked at Danr with a fearful expression. They had always felt that Seth and his two companions were extremely powerful and no one in Grandura could threaten their lives.

However, the man in front of them had made them disappear from the face of Grandura within the blink of an eye.

Danr and his companions from the Main branch of Eternity Family Clan immediately shot up into the sky as Asco, Seth and Gero appeared in Outer space after being sucked into the Spatial rift. The expressions of Seth, Asco and Gero changed drastically, as they could tell why Danr had done so. Once in Outer space, the Cultivation Level of beings that are Existences Beyond Immortals are not restrained by the Heavenly Laws. They could tell that Danr must have done so because he had confidence he would finish them off.

They immediately tried to return to Grandura but Danr and his companions were already up in Outer space, and looking at Asco, Seth and Gero with murderous expressions. The auras released by them sent chills down the spines of Asco and his two companions.

Asco and his companions wanted to think of a way out of this problem but were unable to think of one no matter how hard they tried.

“We will let you live if you answer our questions,” Sheldon said as he released Killing intent which made it difficult for Asco and his companions to even breathe. Asco and his companions slowly nodded their heads.

“What is the situation of the Main branches of our Family Clans?” Danr asked. Asco and his companions started sweating profusely on hearing this question. They tried to open their mouth a few times, but no words came out. They were scared that Sheldon and his companions might kill them after knowing the truth regarding the predicament of the Main branches of both Family Clans.

“Speak!!!!” Brian roared and shook the cores of Asco, Seth and Gero.

“We received a Mental-message transmission from the Main branch of Calamity Sect that the Nebula Sect had suddenly attacked the Radiant Divine World some time ago. We don’t know the current situation on Radiant Divine World,” Seth quickly added. His entire body was shaking in fear as he spoke.

“You three can just go to hell!!” Sheldon said as Asco and his companions were engulfed in his Scarlet flames. Asco and his companions were not able to resist the Scarlet flames and didn’t even know when they died.

“So, what should we do now?” Brian asked with a regretful and sorrowful expression. The expressions of other four of his companions were no different. They felt as if their hearts would jump out of their mouths at any moment. They knew that the Nebula Sect attacking the Main branches of Eternity Family Clan and Heaven Sundering family was most likely due to them exterminating that D Grade faction and stealing the sword it had forged, which also had an Evil flame fused with it. This last fact alone made the sword priceless. They secretly vowed to make the Nebula Sect pay a heavy price in the future.

“Let’s first contact Grandpa Raizel. We will do as he says, but until then we will make sure the Grandura branches of both Family Clans are safe,” Sheldon said as he took out a Galactic Mental-message transmission orb from his Spatial pouch. Sheldon immediately sent a Mental-message transmission to their grandpa. He was the only other person except for Heron and Herman who knew that they were still alive. He also knew the reason for which they’d been banished from the Family Clan.

“We can only wait for his reply,” Sheldon said as he and his companions flew back to Grandura, but it didn’t take them long to return to the Forest of Darkness.

The enemy army was still standing motionless while Oscar and the rest of the banished members of the Grandura branches of Eternity Family Clan and Heaven Sundering Family Clan who’d come out of hiding, were looking at them with murderous intent. They were waiting for Sheldon and his four companions to take a call.

“Leave! Otherwise you might also end up dead just like those three,” Brian said to the enemy army. All the Immortal beings nodded their heads as they ran helter-skelter in all directions. They just wanted to escape from the Forest of Darkness as soon as possible.

Oscar and the rest of the banished members of the Eternity Family Clan and Heaven Sundering Family Clan watched them escape with regret.

“You guys will have your turn in the future. We can’t create any more trouble for the Main branches temporarily,” Sheldon commiserated with them.

“Let’s head home first. Everyone will assemble in the Living room of the Estate. I have something important to discuss with you guys,” Sheldon added.

Oscar and the rest of the banished members of the Eternity Family Clan and Heaven Sundering Family Clan just nodded their heads and quietly followed Sheldon and his four companions from the Main branch of Eternity Family Clan.

They could already guess the topic of the discussion as they had also heard Seth’s words clearly.

It had made their hearts go cold.

  Ch.13

In the Ancestral lands of the Heaven Sundering Family Clan, a few million Immortal Realm Martial Artists had assembled outside Nero’s estate. A few thousand of them were from Eternity Family Clan, while the remaining ones were from Heaven Sundering Family Clan.

Everyone had serious expressions, as they knew that Nero wouldn’t call all of them at once for some small matter. Immortal Realm Martial Artists comprise the main fighting force for any faction on Grandura. Mortal Realm Martial Artists hardly play any kind of role in wars, but they generally sit in the safe zone until the end of the war. The last time they had all assembled in this manner was a few decades ago.

“I have received a Mental-message transmission from the Main branch of Heaven Sundering Family Clan half an hour ago. Rudolf has also received a similar message from the Main branch of Eternity Family Clan. He too has called a similar meeting back at Eternity Family Clan,” Nero said.

Everyone present immediately perked their ears to listen carefully to Nero. They had no intention of missing anything.

“The Main branches were attacked by a very powerful faction from Divine Universe. The enemy faction is many times more powerful than the combined might of the Main branches of both Family Clans. The Main branches have suffered a heavy loss of life and property as a result,” Nero said with a serious expression. The heartbeats of everyone present suddenly increased manyfold. All of them prepared themselves to hear the worst from Nero.

“The Main branches survived the attack of the enemy faction due to the appearance of Supreme Ancestor, who single-handedly annihilated the enemy army,” Nero told them.

“The Main branches of both Family Clans will be shifting to Supreme Ancestor’s personal Divine World as Radiant Divine World has become uninhabitable,” Nero said finally.

It was clear from his tone that he held Solomon in high esteem. Everyone sighed with relief after knowing that the Main branches were OK. They knew that the Grandura branches would not last long once the Main branches were gone. Everyone started discus
sing amongst themselves via Mental-message transmissions, but suddenly they realized something and looked at Nero in an incredulous manner.

“Head Nero, who is Supreme Ancestor?” one of the Immortals couldn’t help but ask, as even the Founders of their Family Clans were not called by such an exaggerated title.

“He is the Father of the Founders,” Nero said in a respectful tone. Everyone was stunned on hearing these words, as it had been passed down generation after generation that Heron and Herman were orphans and that they had established both Family Clans on their own. Their reactions could thus be understood, and Nero also understood too.

“This was secret even from the members of the Main branches until now,” Nero said, and everyone just nodded their heads slowly.

“I want all of you to stay on alert at all times. It is better to be war ready. Don’t trust outsiders easily especially from Calamity Sect, as it is in alliance with that enemy faction,” Nero said with a grave expression.

Everyone nodded their heads again, but this time Killing intent erupted out of their bodies. There was an age-old enmity between them and the Calamity Sect due to their overlapping interests on Grandura and in Divine Universe. Heron and Herman had tried negotiating with the Calamity Sect’s Founder numerous times in order to end the enmity, but they’d never been able to come to terms with him.

“I don’t want anyone to take action against the Calamity Sect, and if anyone violates my command then I will punish him severely,” Nero said as he warned everyone. He’d received a command from Heron to make sure of that. Everyone just nodded their heads with a sigh, but Nero could tell that many of them hadn’t taken him seriously.

“This is actually a direct order from the Founder,” Nero said as he tried to explain why he issued such a command, and this time everyone nodded their heads seriously.

“Everyone can leave now,” Nero said. Everyone bid him goodbye before turning into streaks of light as they shot into the sky.
