To my readers- First allow me express my gratitude for choosing His Forgotten Love. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I truly hope you enjoyed His Forgotten Love and it reached the same deep place in your heart that it reached mine.

An average of twenty veterans commit suicide every single day. Every single day.

I cannot even fathom this. It shatters my heart. Their emotional turmoil and struggles brought this story to life.

The effects war has on our men and women of the military and what they bear witness to are heartbreaking and horrific. Speaking about them is almost unthinkable but burdening their loved ones with their images and nightmares is inconceivable. Determined not to afflict others with their demons of war they bear the burden in solitude. They reconcile to live in misery within the confines of their hearts and minds.

The torment for many is too much to endure and leads to the unthinkable, them taking their own lives.

I plead with my readers to please be vigilant when it comes to our military members, past and present. Offer an ear. Offer a shoulder. Offer a ride to a meeting. Offer understanding. Most of all, offer them your undying gratitude and tell them THANK YOU and how PROUD you are of them every chance you get.

Remember PTSD is not exclusive to only members of military and does discriminate age or sex. Anyone who can suffer from PTSD. Victims of rape, abuse, veterans of war or any trauma.

  Thank you~

FIrst I want to thank my Heavenly Father for His amazing blessings. Every day He bestows me with His love and strength. If it weren’t for Him I would not be doing what I do.
