Pixie (Pixie Hollow Academy Book 1)

He begins to move, his length hitting all the right spots. I moan into his mouth, wrapping my legs around him. My hips move with his, both in sync. The slapping of flesh makes me tighten my core. He hisses in my ear.
“Pixie, don’t squeeze, you’re already tight.”
“I can’t help it,” I pant, “it feels good.”
He picks up speed. The slapping echoing around the room. I can feel my other mates through our bond and know how turned on they are. I rock my hips, moving us faster and harder. My pants coming faster, my release near. His length hits my wall, slamming in one hard push with a roar he finds his release. Mine comes soon after. The bond snaps into place, the purple magic dancing with my colourful magic. It slams into us, taking our breath away.
The door bursts open and my mates walk in and head straight to us. We watch as strands of magic links us as one. The green magic of Zane, the yellow magic of Felix, the blue of Oran, the purple of Valour and the red of Maxell, though faint, is still there. My body glows white, I throw my head back as it bursts from my chest, igniting the connections with my mates and bonded brother. I hear Maxell gasp in my mind, the others join as the energy swirls around us.
My hands are thrown outwards, my hair whips around my face. The gentle breeze, the watery sea, the earth grass, the embers of fire and finally the beast of my mate join me. My eyes open, sending all the magic to open a veil to the academy, where I know it’s safe.
The veil shimmers, swirling with all the colours of my magic and my mates. It flickers brightly before settling with the colourful swirls.
My eyes move to my mates, they are all staring at me in awe. I smile, landing back on my feet.
Movement at the door attracts my attention. My mother stands there proudly, her eyes lighting up at the veil in front of me. She raises a brow, pointing with her eyes at my chest that is still bare. I yelp, running to my top and yanking it on.
“Well, that worked.” She smirks.
“Sure did,” my grandfather’s voice says.
My head jerks up, my eyes widening as my grandfather steps through the veil, along with Maxell and Honey.
“Hello daughter,” he says to my mother.
“Hey,” she responds, her eyes wet with tears. She launches herself into his open arms, hugging him tightly.
Maxell looks my way, looking at the red line that connects us. “I’m glad you know how to control your magic, you’ll need it with what’s to come.”
“What do you mean?” I ask.
“The king’s army. They are beneath the academy; they have breached the barriers your grandfather had put up. Your arrival is just in time.”
“Awesome,” I reply as panic sets in.
The WAR begins
Exhausted, I collapse on my bed. After I secured the whole prison of light pixies, I closed the veil, much to my mother’s disappointment. She wanted to keep it open to send the dark pixies there, but I said how does that makes us any better than them?
The dark army has made camp right under the academy. The students that stayed have been training along with the light pixies that were captured. Even though they have no magic yet, they are still strong, which surprised me since they are a conduit to the bracelets and their magic was being used. But I guess, having the magic taken from them and being trapped in the dark lands gave them the willpower to overcome their trials.
So here I am, exhausted, dirty and sweaty. My door opens, I peek between my arms to see Felix in the doorway. He looks just as tired as I feel. He walks to the bed, plopping down next to me and making the bed jump.
“I am so tired,” he says into the pillow.
“Same.” I roll over so I’m facing him. “You know, closing that veil took more energy then opening it.”
“Might be because your mate circle are shattered and your brother is busy fighting his way into the palace.”
I bolt up. “He’s what?” I slap his chest. “Why didn’t you tell me?”
“I just did.” He chuckles.
I huff. “I didn’t mean now, idiot. I meant before he left so I could talk him out of it.”
“He’s fine. Honey is leading. She knows the palace like the back of her hand, she will get them in and get your dad and sister out. We need them safe before we attack.”
“How did they pass the army below us?”
“Yeah that. They flew, on your dragon.”
“Why didn’t anyone tell me?”
“Would you have let them go?”
“No.”
“Then that’s why they didn’t tell you.” Felix rolls over, pulling me into his arms. “They’ll be fine, trust them.” He kisses the top of my head. “Why don’t we shower and have a sleep?”
“Sounds good,” I reply. I sit up and kiss his nose, he wrinkles it, making me laugh. “Come on, let’s get you out of those dirty clothes and plus, you stink.”
I jump up before he can grab me, running into the bathroom with him on my heel.
Felix’s arms wrap around my waist making me squeal. I turn around in his arms and smile.
He grins, kissing my forehead. “It’s nice to see you smile.”
“Is that so.” I kiss his lips, my hands on his neck drawing him closer. “I love you,” I murmur. My eyes widen because I realise that I have said it first and to Felix out of all my males.
He gives me a cocky grin. “You said it to me first, the others are going to be pissed.”
I smack his chest, going to do it again when he laughs. He grabs my hand before I make contact, kissing me hard and taking my breath away.
“I love you too Pixie.” He says when he pulls away. “I loved you the first moment I laid my eyes on. You are perfect.”
My arms going around his neck, pulling him back to me. I give him a little kiss, rubbing my nose with his. “We should shower.”
“Ummm, we should.”
Felix removes my top, followed by his own. I shimmy out of my gym bottoms, as he does. We stand there in our underwear gazing at each other. I flick my finger, turning on the water.
“Neat trick,” Felix says with a raised brow, “you’re growing more powerful by the day.”
“Uh huh.” I remove my bra, followed by panties. Felix watches me with hungry eyes as I head to the shower. “Coming?” I say over my shoulder.
I step into the shower, letting the heat of the water wash over me. I let my hair loose, the blue and purple strands sticking to my skin as the water hits it. I feel strong arms encircle my waist. I lean back into Felix’s chest, the hard plains twitching behind me.
Felix grabs the soap, lathering it over my body. I watch his face as he washes me. I smile as his eyes catch mine. I melt in his arm as he kisses me. Long succulent kisses that make my toes curl. I don’t think I have had alone time with Felix, but I’m glad I am now.
I can feel his length pressing into my stomach. So, I climb up his body, wrapping my legs around his waist, angling just right so he is in line with my centre. He gasps in surprise when I lower myself onto him.
I moan as his length hits the top of my wall. I clench around him making him moan and thrust his hips up. I grind against him as he starts to move his hips. He presses my back into the shower wall, cupping my bottom so he can pound into me. The slapping of our wet skin resonates around the bathroom.
“Harder,” I whisper into his neck.
He complies, moving faster and harder. I continue to grind, my throbbing nub rubbing against him. I can feel I’m close and I know he is too by the way he expands inside me.
“Felix,” I moan.
“Pixie,” He grunts.
We explode at the same time. I grip him tighter as wave after wave of my release flows from my body. I scream out his name as the earth-shattering orgasm continues. I still my body as stars flash behind my eyes.
I pull back from his neck, looking into his eyes. “I love you,” I say to him again.
“I love you too, my gorgeous queen,” he replies. He kisses me, parting my lips with
his tongue so he can caress my own.
His hips start to move against me, his hard length still embedded deep inside me. I sigh in contentment as my mate loves me, taking me to new heights of pleasure and bliss.
I feel my mates through our bond, knowing they are feeling my pleasure. I rock against Felix and smile as I feel their own release.
My mates, I love them all.
Maxell
We work stealthily to get the king out of the dungeon. Honey the amazing pixie knew how to get in undetected. The only issue, we couldn’t get to Silvia. She was constantly at the queen’s side. She seemed tense, but otherwise unharmed. We make the choice to leave her there and get back to the academy.
We take to the air once we are safe of the palace grounds. Once we are airborne all hell breaks loose. Dark pixies surround us, forming a line in front of the academy. The dark pixie king comes into view.
“Did you think we didn’t notice you sneaking into the palace?” he asks with a sneer. “Did you not think about the fact I left the king unguarded?” He chuckles darkly. “I bet you think I’m not powerful too, right? My daughter and her bitch mother probably told you that. Am I correct?”
None of us answer. We continue to stare each other down, Velour lifts his big head to look over his shoulder. He gives me a slight nod. I lift off his back, Honey and the king doing the same. We know we can’t fight them alone, that’s why we had a backup plan if we didn’t make it back.
I put my fingers to my lips and whistle. The noise startles the dark pixie king making me smirk. A row of light pixies fliy up behind the row of dark ones in front of us. I unsheathe my sword, screaming a battle cry and the war begins.
Pixie
Me and Felix jolt awake as the door flies open and Oran and Zane tumble in.
“The war, it’s started,” Oran says breathlessly.
We jump into action, we are already dressed so we just grab our blades, hurry to the courtyard and see the devastation below us. Pixies light and dark litter the air. My people fall to the ground because of their lack of magic to make their wings stay airborne.
I take to the air to see Maxell in battle with the dark pixie king. The sky goes dark, the crack of thunder making everyone pause.
The queen comes into view, she hovers above the academy, her arm reaching for the heavens. Lightning bolts head straight for her, but instead of harming her, they go into her body, lighting her up. Her eyes glow white, staring right at me. She smiles, showing sharp teeth that are tinted red. She’s fed.
“Did you know she could do that?” Zane asks next to me.
“No.”
The queen raises her hands again, this time aiming at the academy. She shoots the bolts towards us. It ripples up the barrier creating cracks. She sends another, then another. The magic dome arounds us shatters like glass. It rains down on us, covering us in a white dust.
“Damn, we need to get the youngsters and pixielings out of here, we brought them here to keep them safe,” Oran says hurrying away. He hurries back, kissing me hard. “Be safe,” he whispers against my lips.
“You too.”
He looks longingly at me before hurrying away once more.
I look back at the queen who has a smug smile on her crooked face. The energy around her darkens, the magic from her hands turning black. Her once young-looking face vanishes into a haggard withered pixie. Her hair turns black and her eyes darken to black, even the whites of her eyes.
My body lifts into the air, my wings carrying me towards the witch.
“Who are you?” I say.
She cackles, showing her teeth. “You haven’t figured it out yet?” she mocks.
I remain silent, my face a blank mask.
“I am the first witch.”
“The witches died out many years ago,” Zane says.
“That’s what they told you. Same as you were told the dragons died out. We merely returned to our lands that your mother closed off when she closed the dark lands veil.”
“Your people died out, you corrupted the lands with your dark magic, teamed up with the dark pixies when the first queen reigned. She killed you all,” Zane says, his eyes turning a dark shade of green, “you killed my people, you took from the earth and damaged her.”
“Just like you did when Pixie returned. It was you all along, it was never the dark king,” Felix says, stunned.
“Of course it wasn’t. He has magic because I gave him magic. His army has magic because of what I created.”
“The bracelets,” I say.
“Yes, they are a conduit. As long as the pixies live, the dark ones have magic.” She cocks her head to the side, looking past me. “You,” she snarls.
“Nice to see you again, Sofia,” my mother says, flying towards me.
“Queen Sabine,” she hisses, “this is all your doing.”
“Actually, this is my doing,” another voice says.
The dark pixie king glides into view.
“You, you’re on her side? After all this time?” Sofia snarls.
“You know we started this war, Malik. Twice. And where did it get us?” he replies. “If we don’t restore balance, all will be lost.”
“You wanted this war from the beginning, now you wish to side with her? She locked us away, stole our magic.”
“The only way to stop us was to close those veils to our lands, we brought this upon ourselves. Now we need to stop, stop this war, stop this hate between us. It solves nothing.”
“You’ve gone soft, she has made you soft,” she spits, “this all ends now.”
She throws her hands out, electric bolts head straight to Malik. They hit him square in the chest. He convulses in the air before his wings curl around him and he plummets to the ground where he lands with a thud.
Ava screams from behind me, heading toward her grandfather.
“One pest down, two more to go before this world is mine.” Her eyes latch onto my mother who flies in front of me, shielding me from the blast. I push out my hands, creating a barrier of flames. The blast hits it hard, sending us flying back into the academy walls.
The air knocks out of me and I watch my mother crumple to the ground where she lays unmoving.
“Mother!” I scream, heading to her.
When I land, I roll her onto her back. Her eyes flutter open and I breathe a sigh of relief.
“Mother, are you OK?”
“I’m fine Pixie, but you must defeat her. She has grown in power; she must be stopped.”
“I don’t understand, how is she so powerful?”
“She is the first witch Pixie, same as I am the first pixie queen.”
I gasp, watching as her wings change into the same glittery wings as my own. Hers are golden, and twice the size as my own. She smiles, her eyes flashing the same gold as her wings.
“Mother,” I whisper.
“A simple glamour, my darling daughter.”
“I thought you lost your magic.”
“I have lost my element magic, but the earth still answers my call.”
“How is this possible?”
“The dragon queen foretold I would lose my magic the more I pushed the darkness out. She told me that a time will come when our children will come together to restore our lands of peace and harmony. You, my daughter, need to restore that balance. Trust in your mates to give you strength, trust your sisters and trust yourself.” She takes a deep breath, closing her eyes. Then her hands begin to glow. “Take the last of my magic daughter, it will help you defeat the witch.” Her golden magic lands on my skin, sinking in and making me glow.
I look back at my wings that have taken on a golden colour around the edges.
“Go now Pixie, before she destroys our lands.”
“I can’t leave you here alone, mother.”
“She won’t be alone daughter,” my father says from behind me.
“Father.” I run to him, hugging him tightly.
“You heard her, go.”
I nod, mov
ing away from them. I watch my father pick up my mother, placing her in his lap where he looks lovingly at her. They both have tears in their eyes as they gaze at each other. I smile, turning away and taking into the air. I see Silvia, she heads towards me. She lowers her blade, then hugs me tightly.
