Made For Each Other

  "Sissy, you ready?" We heard Emma on the other side of the door. "Yes, please give us about twenty minutes, munchkin."

  "Okay." She replied before leaving. We got changed for real this time. And his face was just in poker mode. I couldn't help but laugh at his expression. "I look stupid." He sighed.

  "You look hot, babe." I pinched his cheeks. "I'm not wearing an elf costume for Christmas." He said making me laugh. "Course not. I love you moody." I pecked his lips before going out of the room. Dad was tired so he decided to stay in the house. We grabbed Emma who was dressed as her favorite princess, Belle. We went trick or treating first. She was so excited and happy. I was happy for my munchkin, she deserves all the good things in the world. Door after door she got her pumpkin full. We walked back home and left her with dad. Shawn waited for me in the living room. I went to Emma's room to give her a bath and change her to pj's.

  "Thanks sissy for tonight. I love you so much." She hugged me, I hugged her back. "I love you more, munchkin." She got inside the sheets and watched a movie. I went over to dad's bedroom and told him that Emma was already in bed watching a movie. Shawn texted me saying he was outside waiting for me. I locked the doors and went to his car. He drove us to the famous haunted house.

  "On second thought, how about we go watch movies at your house." I said while walking towards the car. He pulled me to him. And placed a soft kiss. "stay with me." He started to Peck me all over my face. "Fine, but if I get really scared I'm breaking up with you." I said before placing another kiss on his lips. We walked hand in hand to the haunted house. Donna, Victoria and Trisha were already waiting for us at the entrance. We greeted them and went inside. Of course everyone decided to go their separate ways. I wrapped my arms around his arm.

  "I'll be lucky if I still have my arm after this." He chuckled. "Well, I'm scared and you just happen to be here next to me." I pouted. He assured me nothing was gonna happen. We just explored the house and it was beyond creepy, it gave me the chills. It was a freaking mansion, some rooms had bats. "Psst, I want to get out of here." I whispered. "One more room and we're out." He replied. We went to another room and I screamed so hard. The room had a creepy doll walking and a little boy they started to walk our way. I got the hell out of that place and made a run to the car. He came out and got inside the car.

  "So, are you breaking up with me?" He asked in a teasing voice. "You suck, Shawn." I sighed. "I actually did suck before coming here." He commented with a smirk. "you're so unholy and that's not what I meant." I said while giving him a look.

  "It was a good scare. Now let's go to Donna's house and have a great time at the party." He grabbed my hand and gave it a kiss. I just smiled. Once we arrived at her party we went to grab some drinks and then to the dance floor. I had to admit, the party was good and I forgot about that damn house. After dancing our asses off, we went outside to grab some air.

  "That house was so freaky. But I never got the chance to see the little kid and doll. I guess the legend wasn't true." She sighed and left with her friend. Shawn and I looked at each other and decided that we had enough halloween. We just freaking saw a real ghost and a possessed doll. As soon as we arrived home we went to his room took a shower and got inside the sheets.

  "Next halloween were staying in the house watching comedy movies." I said while snuggling to him. He just smiled.

  "What?"

  "It just made me happy to know you want another halloween with me." He said while caressing my face. "Of course. I've never felt this way about anyone. Then again you're my first boyfriend. But I do know I love you so much I want to spend everyday with you." I smiled while caressing his face. "Good, cause when the time is right. We will be together forever." He placed a soft kiss on my lips. It may look like we are going fast. But I could so see myself having a life together forever with Shawn.

  Chapter 19

  Christmas And A Wonderful Surprise

  Ah Christmas, now this holiday I do love. It's also Emma's favorite.

  "Sissy, wake up. It's two days before Christmas. It means shopping for presents." She said so excited. "Munchkin, how about we sleep for a little more." I pulled her into a hug. "Silly sissy,” she giggled. She gave me a kiss on my cheek then left. She bumped into Shawn in the hall. "Any luck?" He asked. "no, sissy is very lazy, good luck." She giggled before skipping through the hall. He just chuckled and made his way to my room.

  "Wake up, baby girl." He said while getting on top of me. "Shawn, it's six am, let me go to sleep." I yawned. "Try ten am." He replied. "Ten? It's a holiday I should be getting up at one pm." I said while pushing Him to the other side of the bed and me snuggling to my pillow.

  "Fine, you don't get waffles." He said before getting up. "You suck." I sighed. "I love you, now get that cute tush moving." He added before leaving. I did my daily routine then joined him in the kitchen. Dad was drinking his coffee. And Emma was playing with the doll Shawn gave her back at the hospital. "Hey sleepy head,” Dad said before sipping his coffee. "Morning dad,” I hugged him.

  "So, can I ask again why haven't we decorated the house?"

  "Because, baby girl, we're not celebrating Christmas here. We're all gonna spend it somewhere else. But it's a surprise." He replied while passing me a plate with waffles. Wonder where we’re celebrating it.

  December 25

  It was Christmas morning. We grabbed breakfast and then Shawn, blindfold us.

  "After all this time, you're gonna kill us?" I sighed. "big time." He chuckled. After the car drive we got off and he led us to our destination. Wherever we were, smelled delicious, it was a combination of cinnamon, apple and other spices.

  "Take the blindfolds off." Shawn said and once they were off, I was in awe. The place was decorated with Christmas. There was food on the table. "Merry Christmas, from us to you three,” Donna said to us. "What!" We said at the same time.

  "You three deserve this house after what happened to you all." Victoria added.

  "This is too much. We can't-" I started to say but was cut by Donna this time. "Harmony, you're my best friend, you're the sister I never had. You and your family deserve this. And we won't take no for an answer. The rooms are already decorated the way you and Emma like it. And Mr T, your room is also ready in a modern style." She said with the biggest smile.

  "I can only say, thank you for caring so much about us. You three didn't have to do this. But thanks a lot." Dad said before hugging them. They hugged him back. "Well, Mr Thorn. In the time I've got to know you, you've become a father to me, more than my own who only cares about what people will say. Emma and Harmony are lucky girls to have an amazing person like you as a dad." Victoria said while hugging dad. "She's right. I'm so glad to be a part of this family now." Sawn said as Donna agreed with him. I smiled as tears were falling. I hugged all three of them. They showed us our room and they looked so cool, last was Emma and it was a toy land. She squealed while running though her room looking at all the toys.

  "How cool is this sissy." She said while hugging the big bear from the carnival. "Very cool." I said while walking towards her then pulled her into a hug. After checking the house, which has four bedrooms. And there's a yard and has swings and a slide. I swear they went far this time.

  "How about some Christmas lunch?” Trisha suggested and we all nodded. We went to sit down and enjoyed a nice meal. After eating I went outside to the porch and took a seat on the swing seat.

  "So, were you expecting this?"

  "No, it was a very unexpected surprise. But it was a great one. Thanks babe, I love you so much. You've been incredible with us." I placed a soft kiss on his lips. "You're welcome, baby girl. I love you and I would do anything to see you smile." I smiled while snuggling to him. He interlaced our fingers and we just enjoyed each other's company. Hours went by and it was ten pm, the girls left. Emma went to bed and dad did the same.

  "Will you stay the night with me?" I asked. "of course. I just need to grab clothes and then come back." He answered. "I'll come w
ith." I said while getting up and followed him to the car. Then it hit me, "Babe, our clothes are also in your house." I chuckled. "Well, those clothes will remain there. Donna, Victoria and Trisha bought you a new wardrobe. Don't worry. It's your style but new clothes. And they did the same for Emma and they also replaced your dad's clothes. When it comes to shopping, those three are crazy." He answered while putting his hand on my leg. "They shouldn't have bothered to buy new clothes. It feels weird." I sighed.

  "They just love you and your family, you three are the closest thing we have for a family. Ours never wanted anything, They had it all. One time Victoria gave mother a necklace she made in kindergarten. She threw it away and made her cry. Since that day I disliked her."

  "That sucks. But you two are happy now. And that's all It matters." I said while interlacing our fingers. "That's true my baby girl." He gave me a kiss. We reached his house and he picked up some clothes then came back and drove us home. It feels weird to say that, my home. We went to my bedroom, got changed and snuggled. It was a Christmas to remember. And I was so happy I got amazing people to spend it with and also my first Christmas with a boyfriend who happens to be a great guy. I was so happy with life.

  Chapter 20

  Valentines Day

  Valentine's Day is such a beautiful day filled with love and other cheesy stuff. It also happens to be my birthday that day. The most romantic day of the year is my birthday. I still got two days before I turn eighteen Finally a young adult. Well, at least I get to spend it with my family and Shawn, my first birthday with a boyfriend.

  "Sissy, your birthday is so close." Emma said while squishing my cheeks. "And you woke me up for that." I yawned. "and because I love you." She hugged me. "I love you too, munchkin. Let me do my routine and I'll go make breakfast." I tickled her, she just giggled and then made her way outside. I got up, did my routine and then went to the kitchen to make breakfast.

  "Sissy? Are you gonna marry Shawn?"

  "That would be so amazing. Maybe in the future we might." I replied while mixing the pancake mix. "I hope so, cause he's a good guy." She smiled. After everything was done we had breakfast. Dad came out and joined us. Hours later there was a knock on the door. Emma went to open it.

  "Hey Shawn,” she hugged him as he hugged back. "Come on in." She dragged him to the living room. "Emma, I told you to always ask who's outside." I said while giving her a look. "I forgot, sorry." She sighed. "It's fine. But next time ask and if no one answers, don't open it or go get dad, capisce?" I said while grabbing her little hands, "Capisce sissy." She hugged me then went to her room.

  "Hey, baby girl and soon to be birthday girl." He said while wrapping his arms around my waist. "I can't believe I'll be eighteen soon. And then comes college." I replied while squishing his cheeks. He just laughed.

  "My baby girl is growing up so fast." He faked a sniffle. "so dramatic." I chuckled. "I got something special planned for your birthday." He gave me a sweet kiss. Well, the kiss started to intensify but we stopped cause dad and Emma were in the house.

  "Is it bad that I want you?" He said against my lips, "I want you too." I wrapped my arms around his neck. “Wait, you’re ready for that step?"

  "Yes, I want everything with you. And I want you to make love to me on my birthday." I smiled while looking deep into his eyes. "Okay, I will make it very special." He said while hugging me. This guy right here has become my weakness. And I'm so crazy in love with him.

  "Let's all watch a movie." We pulled away to see Emma with a bag of cookies. "You got it cookie monster." He picked her up and took her to the couch. I put the movie and it was beauty and the beast, again. We run a pretty exciting life.

  February 14

  The day of my birthday arrived. I was finally eighteen. As soon as I started to wake up, I saw the room filled with red balloons and on the night stand was a cinnamon roll with a candle that had the number eighteen. There was also a note.

  Happy birthday, baby girl, I can't wait to celebrate your birthday later. I love you so much, enjoy the whole day with your family and friends. Later that night, we're gonna celebrate it alone.

  "Happy birthday to you,” I heard voices say as I turned to see my dad and Emma walking in with a mini cake while singing. Tears of happiness started to fall. "Make a wish, sissy."

  "I don't need to, it already came true the day you got your heart." I smiled while hugging her. "Happy birthday, princess,” Dad gave me a kiss on my forehead. I blow up the candle. I was very happy. The girls came over for lunch and then they took me out for some drinks. We didn't drink much, it was just three glasses of mojito they're so delicious. After spending the day with them and my family, I went to get change. Shawn told me he was picking me up at eight pm. Figure since it's my birthday, I would wear something more fancy than casual. Once I was done I went to wait for him in the living room. Minutes later he sent me a text saying he was outside. I hugged my dad and Emma.

  I made my way to Shawn’s car. As soon as I was inside be pulled me into a passionate kiss. "Happy birthday, Harmony,” he smiled against my lips. "Thanks, babe." I caressed his face. After being cheesy with each other, he drove us to our destination. We got off his car and made our way inside the restaurant that was in front of the beach. He reserved a table on the balcony, the view was breathtaking. I could hear the sound of the waves crashing.

  "So, what do you think of this view?"

  "It's so beautiful, thanks for this." I said while interlacing our fingers. "Welcome, baby girl."

  After eating, he drove us to another place. It was a beautiful house in front of the beach. "Don't tell me you own this house?"

  "No, my grandparents do. I asked them if I could borrow it for the weekend and they said yes." He smiled. We went inside the house and it was beautiful. "I didn't bring extra clothes."

  "Don't worry, Victoria already got your stuff here."

  "And my dad gave me permission to be away for the weekend, just like that?" I asked confused.

  "Yeah, guess he trust me with his daughter." He said while kissing my neck. "Yeah, is he aware that his daughter's boyfriend is very excited down there?" I chuckled.

  "Well, I have no idea. But I do know this will be a birthday you'll never forget." He replied while removing my top. I was becoming very aroused. His lips met mine and we started to devour them. Things were becoming very heated. He picked me up and took me to a bedroom, our clothes came off and he pinned me down the bed, "Are you one hundred percent sure you want to take this step?"

  "Yes, I'm more than ready, just take me. I’m all yours." With those words said, he placed protection on his member and then interlaced our fingers. He made his way inside me very gentle and slow. That hurt so much. Eventually the pain was replaced by pleasure. And I started to move at his pace. After him making love to me, we collapsed on the bed, I laid my head on his chest as his arms were wrapped around my waist.

  "That was amazing. Thank you for taking care of me while making love. I love you so much, babe." I said before pulling him into a kiss. "You deserved to have a very special first time. I love you baby girl, I'm beyond happy with you." He placed a soft kiss on my lips. We talked for a bit, then fell asleep. Everything about this day was absolutely amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better way to end my birthday than here in his arms.

  Chapter 21

  Senior Trip To Italy

  As weeks went by, our senior trip got closer. We were only three days away from our trip. We were going to Venice. I've always wanted to travel to Italy, and since I have my savings I can afford to go. I was so excited.

  "So, guess who's going to be a chaperone?"

  "Really? How?"

  "Well, turns out there's only one chaperone cause no one else wants to deal with crazy teenagers. So I figure I'll ask if I could chaperone, this way I get to travel to Europe with my girlfriend." He said while caressing my face. "Aww, that's so sweet and you also got worried about the cute Italians guys." I replied before la
ughing. He pinned me down on his bed, "I'll make sure to blindfold you there." He said before kissing me.

  "I only have eyes for you babe, the rest of the guys I don't pay attention to." I said while caressing his face. "I love you, baby girl and I have your birthday gift. After all this time they finally finished it." He got off me and went to his closet, after a few seconds he came back and gave me a box. I opened it and it was a beautiful locket. On the back had engraved. You and I together forever, baby girl. I smiled reading that. I opened it and inside was a picture of us kissing. And on the other side was the apple tree from his house.

  "Since that's the place where I started to like you and I know it was your favorite spot in the house, I figured I put it in the locket." He smiled. "It's perfect, I love it." I replied while putting the locket on my neck. Shawn was so sweet. Everyday I fell more in love with him.

  Three days later

  We arrived at the airport and waited till our flight was boarding. I was excited for my first airplane ride.

  "The maid is finally gonna get her first ride on a plane." A guy said. "Try not to embarrass us, and when we're in Italy don't talk to us or go near us." The queen bee chimed in while making a face gesture.

  "Listen you two, high school is about to be over, once we're out and in college, no one will care if you were queen bee, or a freaking popular football player. Grow the fuck up." I replied before leaving. They were speechless. I was so tired of them. Shawn sat next to me and interlaced our fingers, "That was awesome, baby girl. I'm proud of you for standing up to those bullies."

  "Thanks, if felt so nice to finally put those two in their places." I smiled. Twenty minutes went by and they were now boarding our plane. "Italy here we come." I said excited, he just chuckled.

  After many hours, we finally landed in Italy. We took a train and arrived in Venice. We left our suitcase in the hotel and then made our way to a restaurant. Once we arrived we grabbed a table and took our seats. "Chaperones sit over here." The teacher said.
