I wrote about a married couple trying to reconnect after a trauma through the intimacy intrinsic in BDSM play in THE BONDS OF LOVE. In THE LAIR I wrote about the intensity of a formal training house, and two people who aren't meant for each other falling in love despite their glamorous surroundings and the strict rules involved. And in LOVE AND DISCIPLINE I wrote about yet another kind of connection found through extreme sex when a woman who believes she's seen it all falls for the man who shows her more than she ever thought possible.This book was a labor of love for me. I love exploring the deep psychology involved in BDSM, and part of my desire in showing the power play dynamic in these different ways was to get across how differently people may feel about it, how it can be a unique experience fueled by different motives and drives.
