Finding Home

A young pioneer woman finds herself at a crossroads when her father, her only remaining family is killed by a bear as they are trapping their way west along the Canadian border away from the War between the North and the South. Nat and her animal companions winter in a small northwest town where she finds much more than shelter from a storm. She finds home.
